We did not get the much needed restful night’s sleep needed for the next leg of our trip.

It was new and clean except for a piece of fake eyelash stuck on the outside of the nightstand.

Thin walls, so we heard noisy people next door. The suite floor plan was strange. Dramatic entry to the bathroom in the middle of the beds which was very brightly lit in the middle of the night and disturbing to my roommate. TV off to the side of both beds instead of centered. When the loud train behind the building passes, the glass room divider rattles. Fake eyelash stuck on the nightstand drawer (ew).

Great staff, exceptionally clean, below par breakfast, train shakes hotel as it passes

The staff is exceptionally friendly and the location is convenient.

There is a decorative metal strip that covers the drain in the shower. Cool idea but a functional nightmare. The shower has a solid leak/drip and as it hits that piece of metal, it echos through the entire room. Add that noise to the hotel shaking as the train passes, and it can be a bit much. Not a deal breaker but noteworthy. The ladies running the breakfast area work HARD but the hotel could help out. They have one toaster and one waffle iron. With 25 people waiting and a 3 minute cook time, it’s easy to see how things get backed up. Small changes could make a big difference in the functionally of that space.

Our check-in was perfect! The General Manager checked us in and responded quickly when I asked for dinner recommendations. Definitely was so satisfied with our interaction.

Not anything not to like at this location. Our room was outstanding. Clean and very comfortable. Never heard a noise. Sleeping at this location was great. As we departed I saw the GM and thanked him for such a wonderful visit. But I did mention that one more garbage can would be great by the coffee maker. But I also mentioned how refreshing it was to see a place for recyclables. A first for me.

It was a comfortable and good night sleep at the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

The SpringHill location was a little bit tucked in the back off the main road. At first we passed it. Yet we found it in the pouring rain. The lady at the front desk did everything she could to get our reservation to come up from booking. com. Dell was a sweetheart with impeccable care and concern for our reservation. She did everything she could while still handling everything at the front desk as other guests came in for the night stay. Dell even called the GM who was off sight to help.

I booked the night's Stay through the Trivago website. Booking.com gave me a reservation number before we got to the hotel. (I had booked it about 15 to 20 minutes before we arrived.) However the SpringHill did not have our reservation number. It was a long drawn out hour or so making phone calls and such. We were happy when we finally got to our room to unwind from a day of traveling.

Overall great 1 night stay

Check-in was smooth and front desk associate was fantastic, very charismatic. The room was clean and stocked well. The breakfast was pretty good.

The mattress was a bit firm for my liking and the pull out bed on the couch was awful, you could feel every spring and that was with a small 90lb child laying on it, so we had to sleep on the couch cushions instead to be more comfortable.

I needed sleep. I got it

I left Jed that there were no bedbugs. Room smelled musty. Sheets stained. The "breakfast" offered was repulsive. The one good part was the waffle maker, even tho they were out of milk and syrup, and waffle mix at 8:30 am

We were late arriving and they were ready to get our weary group checked in quickly. Breakfast was delicious and offered something for everyone in our group... even the picky eaters.

Derailed sleep

New facilities

Our room literally had a train track right outside our window. We checked in after 11 p.m., and the train came through a minimum of 4 times before 7 a.m. the next morning. You could feel the vibration and hear the horn in addition to the train on the track. Needles to say, very little sleep for either my husband or myself. Front desk staff mentioned it at check-in and stated is was noted on the Booking.com webset, which is not a true statement.
