Great modest place with high standards for their staff

The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast from 6-9 AM includes fruit, eggs, bacon, coffee, variety of breads, cream cheese, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, jam, juices, cereal, etc. The juice machine remains on and the cereal remains available 24/7. We stayed 5 days and felt very well taken care of.

The property was a little outdated but still comfortable, the staff friendliness makes out for it. We used the common space multiple times after 9 PM and the staff were the nicest, they even turned the lights on for us. We loved Sam and the breakfast latina lady, not sure what her name was.

The location and plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

We had a good size king room that included a breakfast buffet with quite a few options.

I like that there was plenty of space to walk the pets. I liked the proximity to the highway.

I did not like that. The lobby was clean and updated, but the bedrooms were dated. The pillows were too small, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Lackluster hotel, mold/mildue issue turned us off from staying here again.

Property was affordable and right along route. We appreciate the free breakfast (although due to miss communication, we thought breakfast ran until 10am on the weekends we missed it as we showed up at 9 and things were already turned off and in the process of cleaning up. We had been pulling late nights not getting to bed until past midnight and were looking forward to a chance to sleep in before continuing our drive home.) Pool was inside and warm, hot tub was hot, our sore muscles loved it. No towels at the pool, luckily we noticed before getting in. AC was on in the room when we arrived so it wasn’t hot, we appreciated that. Beds weren’t hard. Room and bathroom appeared clean, we didn’t see any bugs, but there’s a mold issue or something going on with the ceiling it looked gross.

Property was clean but the room was VERY VERY musty and damp. The rooms (doors/carpet/closet) seemed old, needs to be updated. There appeared to be mold spots on the ceiling. This Richmond Hill exit in general seemed kinda run down and sketchy.
