The location was safe, and clean.

The property was reasonably priced and close to the location we needed to be near.

The room smelled very musty. The smell didn’t go away over time. The front desk staff were not nice, and were very rude and dismissive when my husband asked for a shower curtain for our room. She was more interested in her phone than helping customers.

Marijuana festival at hotel

Entrance to hotel reeked of air freshener spray that it took your breath away it was so strong. When we got our card and head to our room as soon as the elevator opened we found out why. The elevator and hall to our room was like a massive cloud of pot or marijuana smell. It was incredible! I now see why they were spraying the lobby so much.

Staff seemed really disinterested in attending to guests; even the behaviour of maintenance staff was terrible; No netflix or other streaming platforms in TV. Renovation was going on and hence the smell of paint and other chemicals were all throughout the hotel; they have the obligation to inform people about this while booking rooms so it doesn’t affect people who have severe allergies to such smells.
