Very happy with our stay, would book again.
In a good location for shops, restaurants and the railway station, but not noisy. Lovely modern room, very clean and the shower was great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A small cosy and comfortable hotel in a great location!
Cosy room with great facilities in a wonderful location just opposite the castle and with lots of restaurants around. The concierge was super kind and helpful!

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an excellent location and a cozy, elegant vibe. The room was spotless and comfortable. Most importantly, Charlotte at the reception was absolutely exceptional, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She made my stay extra special with her attentiveness and warm hospitality.

cold, overpriced and awkward.
staff was friendly but could not address our concerns
Room was very small. Queen size beed took up most of the room. The weather was cold. They did not turn the heat on. When we asked for blankets the staff person could only find sheets. We were told the heat would not be on for a few more days. On Sunday, Sept. 28th we were locked out of the building. We eventually knowked on a hotel window. A guest found the staff person. It was midnight. Staff was great. The Bestwesten facility was not. We would like a refund or to be comped for a future stay. Staff was notified of our concerns as we checked out.
