A hotel that provides a home-like atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The problem is that you have to pay for every service offered at this hotel. You either get breakfast or you don't, you get your room cleaned or you don't.

Great location and clean place
Parking at the property is mostly full when coming back to the hotel in the evening

Could hear people in the adjacent rooms at times.

Good location, big room/ apartment, easy transportation to Paris
It was October, temperatures were low, staying in a cold room was uncomfortable. They said that they were not allowed to heat by Law. I say that I can stay in a cold room by nature.

Everything. Very friendly staff. We had a shower evacuation problem and it was fast and easily solved.
Nothing.

Great location. Area of Vincennes is lovely and vibrant. Room was a good size for 4 people. Balcony was an added bonus.
Room was very hot but we couldn't use the air conditioning as it pumped a horrendous sewage smell into the room when switched on.

NICE APARTMENTS AND LOCATION
AC had a musty smell, when trying to change room, other rooms had AC issues as well-lack of maintenance.

The staff were very welcoming and kind
The sink in the shower was not draining. Water flooded the bathroom floor because there was no partition between the shower floor and the bathroom floor. The room and towel was not clean. We should have really changed the room, but we were so busy we just didn’t have time to repack and go tell someone. Our fault, but this was not a good living standard.

Beautiful location. Easy access to Metro and local facilities like food places and markets to self cater.
Fold up bed not able to function so we had no ability to utilise the couch during the day.
Shower drains VERY slowly. Could do with some attention to clear out.

Location good spot.
Can check in late and access to reception 24/7
Staff can speak English and polite.
Breakfast was good
Didn't have a key card to access the building to the reception. Luckily a lady scanned to enter the building.
Room we stayed in was not clean chair and tables were sticky.
Bathroom shower flooring needs a good scrub as there are brown stains
The air-conditioning was set to auto tried to turn it off using the power button but no luck.

This hotel is on the east side of Paris. Very convenient to get into Paris by a few minutes walk to metro station Berault or Vincennes on line 1 or take RER A. Very new, has an elevator to upper floors, a small kitchen but electric stove wasn’t working properly during our stay. Most importantly the area is safe, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Glad that we have choosen this hotel, away from the expensive central location.
We took metro line 4 from Gare de Nord train station to Chatelet, changed to line 1 then you can either get off on Berault or Vincennes station to this hotel. We took RER A to Chatelet , then took RER B to the CDG airport , super easy.
I think the shower can used some thorough cleaning. I noticed brownish scum around the bottom and on grout line

Location
Avoid the breakfast, the quality of food was terrible, the water from the hot water dispenser was disgusting -thick soupy. Don’t think the machine was cleaned at all. The croissant were soggy and for the best part the only thing to look forward to was a self juicer where you could cut your fruit and squeeze some fresh juice…we landed up getting our own milk and cereal down mostly to avoid doing the dishes in the apartment. Strongly recommend to avoid.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were all amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In a great location with the Metro line 1 taking you straight into Paris and the RER line to Disneyland. The RER will also connect with the line to CDG airport. Parking was 15 Euro a day undercover. Vincennes is a lovely town with excellent fresh food markets and nice restaurants.
A great stay so nothing to report.

The size of the room and location was convenient
The aircon didn’t work and we asked multiple times for it to be fixed, we were promised it would be and it was not, and multiple people could not assist they promised a technician would review the aircon and no one came. The weather was above 30 degrees making it difficult to sleep and we had to rely on external people such as family or friends to assist with a temporary fan for the room. The staff were rude and didn’t provide high quality customer service. We asked for extra towels and we’re told we had to pay, they were stingy with toilet paper and tissue despite having two rooms with four people. The room was only attended to once in 8 days, the bins were full and there was no change of bin liners, towels or sheets. On arrival there was hair in the shower and in the shower drain and the toilet was not cleaned properly. All the staff are inexperienced and casual or new staff, customer service was very poor I would never come back here. The breakfast menu is limited and we were being told we would be charged extra, when some of the people in our booking didn’t eat from the breakfast menu at all. The gym is very small it’s the size of a bedroom and has barely anything in it it is not maintained either.

The Staff was trying their best, but not always succeeded.
The first two days in this hotel were like a nightmare because the weather was very hot in Paris on these days and the air-conditioning was not working at all, so we changed the room, but still, the air-conditioning did not work.
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it is air-conditioning, but that was not totally true when we came there.

We fell in love with the location. Vincennes is absolutely amazing: proximity to metro and RER, groceries, restaurants, shops, beautiful park and a castle.
kitchenette and the fridge is super convenient to have.
all amenities were working and in good condition.
zero noise from other rooms which was great and rare to find in hotels.
our room key stopped working every other day. one night after a very long day we had to wait 30 min and past midnight for someone to come to the reception and fix it. the advice I was given not to keep a key together with my phone in one purse. not a very good advice if you are just there on vacation with one purse :)
also the beds were super annoying. while generally comfortable the mattress moves around and slides just from a simple motion of sitting down in bed.
the room was very clean the only place I’d question is the shower floor tiles - I could see the dirt on the files.
wifi wasn’t strong enough either.
also I believe this location positions itself as a 4 star hotel, not sure I would rate it at 4. but it is a solid 3.
generally even with this small cons we still loved our stay.

Location, facilities like fitness, apartment room, water and coffee in the room, nice staff
Bed: 2 single beds were "merged" and not really linked and fixed together. They were always moving which made the sleep uncomfortable

location
it was so hot in room it made me feel physically sick. staff did not admit problem with heating until check out - very disappointed as I have stayed there before.

The apartment is spacious and has plenty of natural light.
It was very clean.
Very close to the commercial area with restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Good Breakfast
We were 3 people on business and booked 1 apartment for 3, but the extra bed is too small and uncomfortable for an adult.
In addition, we had to make the bed, because it was not ready.

Nice decor, clean, mini kitchen, large fridge, two desks and chairs, decent bathroom, safe, TV, etc, quiet (we stayed on the ground floor at the back with a garden outside) great location for us, Vincennes is a great area, two metro stations nearby and RER. Lots of restaurants and shops and the Chateau de Vincennes. We asked for the twin bed option which seemed better than a sofa bed.
I told them well in advance that I was gluten and dairy intolerant as I was worried about the choices at the buffet breakfast. I had three different replies from the hotel:
1 Yes we can arrange other options
2 No it isn’t possible to arrange this in advance
3 You will be able to choose what you can eat from the buffet
So very confusing.
So at breakfast, there were no vegan milk options so I could’t eat the cornflakes. There was no gluten free bread. I could only eat fruit salad, ham, egg, so quite limited. I was very disappointed with this as I had paid 16€ in advance for breakfast.
There was a sign on the wall that said: « Our team is available to help you if you have any allergens as per the list below » but the staff member I asked just showed me the cow’s milk and said there was no bread without gluten.
