Hôtel du Château

Very comfy bed and bathroom. Warm nice towels, spacious room good windows. Absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. With a lot of good food! I totally recommend. Close to metro and 30mins from downtown. Parking garage is was very useful for my trip, 15EUR per day.

A bit noisy, If you are a light sleeper then you might need earplugs. I heard the vacuum early in the morning for example.

Great location, nice staff, clean rooms.

The rooms were quite small, but still ok for couple of days stay.

Nice quiet place close to commercials, metro and RER.

No elevator but that’s good for your fitness

Very friendly staff and very accommodating.. the location is amazing and the hotel is very clean and well organized.

Maybe have a mini fridge in the room is a good idea.

Lots of stairs no lift

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was beautiful, with stunning views of the city and all the amenities I needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The restaurant and bar on site were also great, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Paris. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and I can't wait to return on my next trip to this amazing city.

Outdated hotel

Great location overlooking the Chateau Vincennes. Close to main RER link with 15min commute into central Paris. Great food and drink options in the area. Night reception staff (Marionella & Musa) very friendly and went out of their way to address restaurant, parking and commute questions on arrival and kindly offered to store a cooler with cheese in the hotel fridge for safe keeping during our stay. Rooms small, but clean. Despite concerns outlined below, this is a good value option in a great location.

Parking was a bit of a challenge. While hotel offers a remote parking option, this is closed on Sundays and public holidays, so while we thought we had something booked, we had no access to this parking on arrival late on Christmas day & then Boxing day. We were fortunate to find a parking in the street for the first night and then transfer to another parking facility early the next day (as street parking is expensive during the day). While shower room was clean, the shower head had no means of adequate wall attachment that allowed proper use. The room safe was locked on arrival and despite bringing this to the attention of the day staff, they were unable to open it. No further effort was made to address this during our stay. Day reception (Sofijan) was in fact quite dismissive in general.
