About this apartment rental
The Orange Apartment is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga just 3 kilometers from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The apartment is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent housing units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.
The Orange apartment is the largest and can accommodate up to 6 guests in three independent bedrooms - one of which is furnished with two bunk beds and recommended for younger guests
A large room with seating area and TV, an independent kitchen and two bathrooms - one full and one service - complete the description of the structure.
The main exclusivity is given by the large covered terrace that surrounds the apartment and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding hills and where you can dine while also taking advantage of the wood-burning bbq.
The private garden below allows you to relax in the sun on the sun loungers available to guests. Parking place for 1 car
For families or larger groups there is also the possibility of renting together - if available - the Red and Blue apartments, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 12 guests

The villa was extremely clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved cooking in the kitchen and eating out on the large terrace. Location was convenient to go down the hill a few minutes to Garda and waking distance to a restaurant

Gepflegtes Objekt mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf den See. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist teilweise etwas älter, aber sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Eine Couch im Wohnzimmer wäre schön gewesen. Empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung mit der großen Terrasse und integrierten Grill sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist top gelegen.
Check-in und -out waren komplikationslos und kontaktlos, die Agentur ist per Mail oder Telefon jederzeit erreichbar.
Leider muss man sagen, dass für den aufgerufenen Preis der Unterkunft die Ausstattung der Küche etwas spärlich ist.
Salz, Pfeffer, ÖL muss man sich selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen, größere Schüsseln gibt es wenig, auch zum Spülen des Geschirrs gibt es nur eine kleine Anfangsausstattung.
Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und mussten die ganze Zeit mit nur einem Handtuchset pro Person auskommen, die alle weiß waren (zum Ende hin natürlich nicht mehr). Man hätte sich nach spätestens 7 Tagen einen Wechsel der Wäsche gewünscht. Zudem wäre es schön einen Staubsauger oder Besen vor Ort zu haben, denn auch die Staubmäuse rollten nach einer gewissen Zeit über den Fußboden.
Trotz dessen tolle Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder gerne.
