Great apartments, excellent location.

These apartments are fantastic for a family of 4. We stayed for 14 nights. Thank you to reception for allowing us check in early due to a very early flight and for accommodating our ground floor apartment request. The pool is excellent and well kept and the terrace is excellent. Plenty of space in the apartments and lots of storage. Excellent location (we didn't have a car) and can walk into Garda etc. and to bus station and supermarket.

Whilst the apartment was well kept and clean with plenty of space, the bathroom could do with a little tlc but this wasn't a problem.

Best apartment for groups of friends, family's and couples!

What a fantastic place, short walk to the town and lake. Unreal views, apartment so clean, everything we needed for cooking, making coffee, loads of glasses. Loads of space, beds ded comfy! Terrace was amazing to sit out to eat and drink. Cant wait to go back!

Well situated and only a short walk into town. Good BBQ Facilities on the large balcony. Very good view of the lake from the balcony. Apartment was a good size and very comfortable. Allocated parking was great. Very nice swimming pool.

No BBQ utensils (tongs, grid scrubber) provided.

It was a good size apartment with comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities was very good with a bag of complimentary tea/coffee sugar etc would definitely stay there again

Great choice for families

Great location, beautiful garden and pool. Loved the fireplace with BBQ grill on each individual loggia. Great sleeping arrangements fir large family and 2 separate bathrooms. Great kitchen with dishwasher but no oven. Lots and lots of wardrobes/cabinets and cupboards. Very convenient welcome kit (kitchen cloths, dish tabs, oil, salt, peper, tea,...)much appreciated!

I didn't realise that 2 of the rooms would be underground, but very cleverly arranged so no big deal. Only downside is that outside table is tight to seat 7 people and inside eating area very cramped. Hard beds, but that is a matter of taste.

Lovely family friendly apartments.

Great location. Staff at the hotel where you check in were very helpful and welcoming providing us with lots of information for our stay. Very clean apartment, pool was extremely well kept and cleaned. Stunning views from the terrace. Easy access to town on foot and ferries and buses.

No real negatives, only suggestion is to have a full length mirror.

Loved the pool. The apartment was well set out for a family of 4, we had great weather so ate all our meals outside. Liked that we could do our laundry, with detergent already supplied. It was a 5-10 min walk from the walk

With 2 teenagers it would be great to have 2 bathrooms instead of 1. It would be nice if they supplied a few more dishwasher tablets, bin bag liners etc..

Well maintained, appartments very comfortable and provided everything needed. Swimming pool was wonderful.

Wonderful apartment with great views

Spacious clean apartment overlooking Garda out to the sea. Quiet residential location. Great pool & our teenagers enjoyed the gym equipment & table tennis. Within walking distance of the old town with a wide selection of restaurants & shops. If I come back to Garda, I will most definitely come back here!

We arrived at the Olivo apartment reception to check in at 3pm after a long drive in 36 degree heat to be told check in wasn't until 4pm. Booking.com stated check in was from 3pm and I had selected 3pm as our check in time when making the booking. Not a great welcome. However, we were able to use the pool at the Olivo apartment until 4pm and the receptionist was very understanding.

I like the place. You can reach Garda only by walking.

No iron or washing machine. The internet is bad specially in the rooms that are in the basement.

Good location, clean pool, never any issues with sun beds. Garda town is a very good location on the lake.

Reception at another property, no good if you don’t travel by car. Air con ineffective. Problems sleeping due to tapping noise in the property

A beautiful place and I loved every minute of it!

It was a great location, short walk to the main town. Just a nice number of apartments. Very clean, well equipped and well maintained.

The only thing the property lacked was another mirror outside the bathroom, preferably a full length one in a bathroom.

The apartment has good view to the Garda Lake and beautiful swimming pool. The balcony is wide and good for family to gather and have some food or coffee while enjoying the view. Very close to Garda lake and you can reach easily by car or walking. The bedrooms are quite big and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped by most of family needs.

Communication with receptionist or staff is not easy because the recipient is working at other property. You need to call using smart phone even if your mobile is international. I request vie booking message to clean the apartment but no response. The bathroom didn’t have body shower gel or shampoo. There is not elevator at all and is difficult to carry on luggage from car park to 2nd floor.

It is missing key basic stuff - Proper blankets and pillows, A cutting board and an electric cattle. Our room was moldy and smelly , with issues with the toilet Poor wifi

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful location

Nice apartment with all necessary facilities to have a comfortable stay. Staff kept their promise and the Baby cot was good quality, already set up for us and please to see a good high chair. The whole apartment is very child safe as they can't access cupboards or dangerous objects. Balcony is very spacious with built in barbecue. Heating and air-conditioning worked well. Great location with on site swimming pool, underground parking, gym and only 10 minutes downhill walk to Garda for lakefront, restaurants and shops. Overall the property contributed to a relaxing holiday.

Not much to say, being very critical, there was no kettle to make tea (I'm English after all!). For 2 adults and one baby the apartment was spacious but I think for 6 people, it would be very cramped and not much private space if the weather was bad.

Schönes Familienapartment, ausreichende Größe, Perfekt für schöne Tage am Gardasee

Geräumige Apartments, gute Aussicht von der oberen Etage (auch auf den Gardasee), ruhige Lage, 10min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, muss jedoch bergauf gehen. Pool (beheizt) von der Größe her ausreichend, Liegen rundherum auch genügend. Fanden immer Platz obwohl Apartmentanlage gut belegt war; im Hochsommer kann es aber wohl schon eng werden. Ein Parkplatz in der Garage pro Apartment verfügbar, mit einem größeren Auto ist das Rein/Rausfahren mehr Herausforderung, aber es gibt auch freie Stelleplätze neben der Anlage. Wir hatten das Apartment Nr. 10 - Tintoretto.

Immer wieder gerne !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt am Gardasee! Die Anlage war einfach traumhaft: ein gepflegter Pool, wunderschöne Zimmer und sogar ein eigener Grill, der keine Wünsche offenließ. Für uns zu viert war es einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Super Anlage, perfekte Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Lage der Anlage ist perfekt. Im in unserer Reisezeit war es total ruhig und entspannt. Man kam von der snlsge sehr gut fussläufig in die Ortsmitte und zum See gelangen

Alles .. auch dass der Pool noch geöffnet war
