Very good base for Garda attractions.

We had a big apartment on the second floor. Two swimming pools (one heated and has a partial jacuzzi in it). Quiet with a lot of grass. Good base for traveling to Garda attractions. Friendly Massimo with good advice.

If you don't have a car, going into the lake is about 15-20 min walk in the street

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great host, great facilities, clean and a lovely peaceful spot. Nice quiet pool, laundry facilities and ample parking.

Air conditioning would have been a bonus but we knew it didn’t have any when we booked so no complaints! A little bit far to walk from town during the high temperatures with children.

Pleasant stay in this small complex.

The apartment was very clean and relatively new and modern. The pool area was lovely, with lots of grass and greenery offsetting the large, clean pool which has plenty of sun loungers.

The apartment was a good size and very clean, however there were a few items that could have enhanced the accommodation. The apartment was advertised with a washing machine, however I was informed that this is a mistake in the property description. The washing machine is shared and located in a room elsewhere in the resort. An iron and board would have been helpful.

Great holiday in a beautiful setting

The property was very clean. The pool area was not crowded and always clean and tidy. The apartment was spacious and having individual air conditioning units was a bonus in the heatwave

A little far out in the heatwave when walking during the day however in cooler conditions would be perfect. The temp was 33+ most days

Excellent location not far to walk to the supermarket and town centre. So relaxing having the benefit of the swimming pools and sitting outside having a meal in beautiful surroundings.

The location and facilities were great. Beautiful garden and pool areas. Very relaxing and Re grano delivery of breakfast and dinner was brilliant. Excellent restaurant at the top of the road also and a 15min walk to the centre of Garda was manageable. There is a free shuttle bus from 9am -7pm going every 20 min. It was v handy. Massamo was very helpful with any query too. He is very good! Washing machines were also available which was very handy for us. We would definitely stay again. Thanks 😊

No air conditioning in apartment 1 and the temperature was warm on the 1st week of our stay. Apart from that it was v enjoyable.

Perfect holiday residence for a family with Kids, walking distance away from Garda waterfront.

A really restorative weekend

Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Comfortable apartment, my fave bits: newly modernised bathroom with lovely shower & large balcony, perfect for warm evenings. Conveniently close to Garda town-centre, but still quiet with a rural feel.

Excellent stay with great pools and lovely host

Beautiful property, lovely pools, very clean. Massimo was really friendly and helpful and gave lots of good local recommendations. Our apartment (2 bedrooms with terrace) on the top floor was perfect for our little family of 2 adults and our 8 month old baby. A sturdy cot and good sized high chair were provided. Our baby monitor reached to the pool, which was an added bonus for nap times. Kitchen was well equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. Laundry also available, which was great.

It was a little further to the lake than we would have liked but the place itself and relative cost effectiveness made up for that. The walk is easy and there is pavement all the way - just a bit long with a baby.

I would recommend it for families and people staying there a few days

The receptionist was very kind. We couldn’t find the residence first ( it was in a cul de sac located! ) he came to the roundabout and showed us the way. Very warm welcome. The receptionist has a 4 leg fur friendly employee ( miaow- 5 ⭐️ therefore) The apartment was simple with enough chairs and very clean kitchen- a freshly refurbished bathroom and a huge and comfy balcony)

When it was wet for two days the bathroom smelled a little mouldy - the house is older.

Very nice place, with a lot of privacy for guests and comfortable apartments. Great swimming pools, children loved them. Really nice hosts! We are coming back next time we are in Garda 😊

Massimo the owner is really helpful for all you need, before and during the stay! great view from the terrace of second floor, wonderful swimming pools, one is warm, the other unfortunately too cold at this period. Free bus to go to Garda center close to Rustico

Very nice pools, sunbeds, great manager, comfortability and cleaniness, location, very beautiful garden, tables outside, laundry. Our vacation was very comfortable and memorable! Thank you!

No soap, dish wasing liquid, paper towels, just one roll of toilet paper for 7 days, towels for extra charge and not changed during 7 days. Kitchen also lacks some essentials like salt or some spices. No air conditioning

Jederzeit wieder, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Massimo ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat sowie bei Fragen weiterhilft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Massimo in der Residence Rustico Urlaub machen. Die Lage etwas oberhalb ist sehr angenehm, da ruhige Lage mit schönem Garten mit Olivenbäumen und 2 Pools. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten direkt in Garda am See, wo man alles findet, was man braucht.

Schönes Appartement in einer sehr gepfegten Anlage

Die Anlage liegt am Rande von Garda, das Zentrum ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen: Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Begrüßung war freundlich und informativ. Es gab genug Parkplätze. Die Wohnung war gut und sauber. Wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht. sondern nur gefrühstückt. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig und ebenfalls sehr sauber.

Es gab keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder, sie standen im "Freien". Der geheizte Pool wurde leider schon sehr früh abgedeckt und die deutschen Fernsehsender waren sehr spärlich bzw gar nicht zu empfangen. Dies war jedoch laut Auskunft nur ein befristetes Problem.

Wunderbar entspannter Herbsturlaub

Wunderschöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Besonders hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen, den man selbst im Oktober noch gut nutzen konnte. In 15 Minuten ist man am Gardasee.

Leider überhaupt nicht richtig erholt!

Lediglich die Außenanlage

Die Unterkunft war leider eine komplette Enttäuschung und überhaupt nicht sauber. In jeder Ecke - sowohl am Boden als auch an der Decke - waren noch Spinnweben. Apartment Nr 9 war eine bodenlose Frechheit zu vermieten!! Das ganze Apartment war feucht und dreckig. Das Schlafzimmer roch extrem nach Schimmel. Und das Bett dort war eine Zumutung, komplett dreckig, sowohl das Bettgestell, welches auch total instabil war, als auch die Matratze, die extrem schimmelig roch und die Bettwäsche. Es roch extrem modrig und die Bettwäsche sah aus und roch, als wäre sie vom Vorgänger nicht gewechselt worden. Auch die Handtücher im Bad und der Badvorleger hatten Flecken. Der Ventilator war so dreckig, dass man ihn gar nicht einschalten wollte.

In den Standard Apartments keine Klimaanlage, sehr hellhörig, für Menschen die Ruhe suchen ist es nicht geeignet aus den obigen Gründen, Pool ist dauerhaft nutzbar - einerseits gut aber aus Ruhe Gründen nicht so von Vorteil
