At check-in, the tourist tax (€2 per day per person) and the final cleaning of the house of €160 must be paid.
The house is not suitable for children under 6 years old, because both the infinity pool (usable from 9.30 to 18.30 and shared with the owner) and the private garden can be a source of danger.

From 2022, by law, HEATING can be set to a maximum temperature of 20 degrees. Houses with temperatures above 20 degrees will be MULTURED by the municipality of Torri del Benaco.

Animals are allowed only upon request, if the request is confirmed by the owner, add to pay €25 at the check-in.
