Just a short stroll to the beach via a path just behind the building (2-3 minutes walking),
the Coastal Charm is perfectly situated to serve as your party’s base camp. This villa is
conveniently located just inside the main gate in Kiawah Island’s West Beach
area. In addition to being steps from the beach, you will have easy access to miles of
biking and jogging trails, the Cougar Point Clubhouse and Golf Course, and the new
West Beach Conference Center. It’s a short walk to the Kiawah General Store or hop on
your bike for a quick cruise to great shopping and groceries at the Freshfields Village or
The Sanctuary.

When at home, you’ll enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the
back deck overlooking a lush maritime forest while listening to the soothing sounds of
the ocean. Chefs will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped and thoughtfully designed
gourmet stainless steel kitchen. When it’s time to gather, your party will congregate in
the open concept great room to entertain, play a game, or work a puzzle – all while
enjoying the newly installed 65” Smart HD television and Sonos audio system. There is
complimentary high-speed internet access perfect for streaming your favorite content,
gaming, or taking a video call. For meals, your party will gather around the kitchen table
or sit at the oversized breakfast island with granite countertop.

Bright natural light from the picture windows flow throughout the space, while stunning
hardwood floors and designer paint colors create a clean, warm, and inviting
atmosphere. Signature touches throughout such as a tuxedo kitchen, custom tile work,
maritime cable railing, recessed lighting and designer décor elevate this home to give a
modern Charleston coastal feel.

The Coastal Charm offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with private
bathrooms (ensuites), large walk-in closets, and flat screen televisions. There is a
queen-sized master conveniently located on the main level, a king-sized master on the
second level, and a queen with twin bunk in the third bedroom upstairs. There is also a sofa pullout in the living room for extra guests

No pets. No smoking allowed inside the villa.
There is no pool access with this villa.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to
use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings,
48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your
booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
