Situated along the 16th fairway of the Cougar Point Golf Course in the West Beach Village, this lovely, newly upgraded 4 bedroom villa on Kiawah Island is a wonderful spot to enjoy all the island has to offer. With incredible golf course views and an easy walking distance to the beach, we invite you to stay with us at 1381 Fairway Oaks for your next island beach or golf vacation!
The reverse floor-plan allows the property to make the most of the scenic views. Natural light through the large windows illuminates the open floor plan of the second-floor main living spaces. The upgraded kitchen is fully-equipped for making delicious meals and the large island, expansive dining table and sectional seating are all ideal for entertaining. A favorite spot, however, is the outdoor open patio deck to take in the sights and sounds of the island and watch golfers play by.
The primary suite with king bed and private bathroom are located on the second floor, while the three guest rooms, with queen, king and two twins respectively, are located on the lower first level of the home. The queen room has a private bath and the other two guest rooms share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. Each bedroom does have a TV and there is complimentary WiFi provided. There is also a washer/dryer for convenience. And better yet, the owner does allow a small dog with a non-refundable pet fee.

There is planned exterior construction for the decks throughout Fairway Oaks from October 2025 - March 2026.
