Perfect location, amazing accommodation

Absolutely amazing apartment. It was like having an entire house to ourselves. Very private, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a view to die for. The sunsets were spectacular. We loved staying here. Fredi was very warm and welcoming. It was great to have laundry facilities in the apartment. All in all, this was a perfect stay.

Nothing!! Everything was exceptional. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful location, very quiet and peaceful, kind, thoughtful and caring hosts. Ideal base from which to explore The Bay of Islands, further North and West.

Not about the property but Google maps is incorrect in locating the property. The fridge freezer seems to be running almost constantly and is noisy.

A wonderful property - very friendly hosts

A lovely place with a beautiful view over the river inlet. The property had the bonus of a washing machine which is handy for longer stays. Very friendly hosts.

Some sugar would have been nice to use for a cup of tea or coffee, and perhaps a torch in the property for extended power cut situations, which unfortunately occurred during our stay.

Wonderful luxurious experience

I received a warm welcome from Frederika and her two dogs. The wow factor of the view and the beautiful apartment. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and spotlessly clean. Milk and orange juice in the fridge and coffee pods for the machine. Wonderful views.

Exceeded our expectations… recommend this place!

This wonderful property is well located and provides the most amazing views. The Hosts, Fredi and Brian are very welcoming, available if needed and respect your privacy which is great. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and you have all that you need. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings, so peaceful and as l said a lovely view. There was a mini starter pack of breakfast items which was welcome too. There is also a folder with a lot of local information which was useful.

Homely, great location, neat & tidy inside & out.

No fly screens on the doors and mosquitoes around at night meant having to close the glass sliding doors at night. This limited airflow and was a little stuffy at times.
