The location is superb. The centre of the centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne, next to the river L’Ourthe.

Cozy room with very confortable bed. Very central location

Toilet in the hall Bed a bit small. Shower cabin in the room. No coffee machine, only power coffee and cappuccino. Parking in the street for 10€ a day, free parking outside the village.

We konden weliswaar vanaf 12:00 in de kamer maar er was geen verwarming terwijl het buiten vroor. Verdere informatie ontbrak. Niet dat wifi belangrijk is maar moesten er wel via Booking.com om vragen

C'était un séjour pas trop agréable.

En soit la chambre elle est vraiment très bien situé il y a de l'espace et tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur.

1° le parking n'est pas gratuit. 2° on nous a donné un mauvais code pour pouvoir récupérer la clé en a dû attendre 3h à l'extérieur. 3° la chambre était immonde sans exagération. Contactez-moi si vous voulez les preuves. C'est une honte de louer une chambre dans un tel état de saleté.

Emplacement en plein centre. Lit confortable. Bien aménagé. Le nom de l'établissement est bien choisi.

La journée, bruit sourd à l'extérieur (ventilation bâtiment en face). Ca s'arrête pendant la nuit, donc pas gênant.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner

Après avoir tenté de téléphoner les jours avant( comme vous l'aviez proposé), nous avons appeler le numéro une vingtaine de fois sans jamais de réponse. Arrivé sur place nous avons bénéficié de l'aide d'une dame de l'endroit( qui connaissait apprement la logeuse) . Sans son aide nous ne serions pas rentré.

Locatie is fijn, prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

Verblijf was niet heel schoon (stoflaag bovenop de douchecabine, spinnenwebben gespot); voor drie dagen is een paar bestek, 1 bord en 1 glas per persoon wel erg sober, zeker vanwege afwezigheid van afwasmiddel.

Goeie nacht had in La Roche.

We vonden de kamer heel netjes en leuk ingericht. Ook een goede matras wat ikzelf erg belangrijk vind. Tof dat er ook koffie en thee voorzien was. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf 😀

Het toilet was apart ,op zich geen probleem maar de deur piept enorm, misschien eens wat olie aan smeren voor 's nachts geen lawaai te maken anders niks op aan te merken

Fijne kamer met ideale ligging

Ideale ligging: stadje, aan de Ourthe, restaurants & Spar op loopafstand. Smal bed, maar heerlijk geslapen. Fijne douche (wel naast t bed). Wc & koelkast op de gang.

Koelkast was niet aangesloten. Het is geen B&B, geen ontbijt erbij. Uitleg sleutel was per sms in t Frans. Voor mij geen probleem, maar voor anderen wellicht wel. Vuilniszakjes in de pedaalemmertjes (vooral op de wc) lijkt me wat hygiënischer!

Prima locatie, maar beperkt comfort

Deze locatie is top en de host is erg vriendelijk. Je loopt zo het centrum in en dan zit je tussen de restaurants, winkels en cafe’s. La Roche is prachtig gelegen en er is heel veel te doen voor een actieve vakantie.

Je moet heel erg van iemand houden om voor deze accommodatie te kiezen. Het bed is een twijfelaartje en het toilet is op de gang, de douche is een cabine die midden in de kamer staat. We wisten dit allemaal van tevoren dus we moeten niet zeuren, maar voor de betaalde prijs hadden we meer mogen verwachten.

Chouette logement avec une superbe situation

Avoir un logement en plein centre-ville est vraiment un plus. Le logement était équipé de ce qu’il fallait et était propre. Facilité d’arriver plus tard grâce à la boîte à clé et parking à proximité.

Même si le fait d’avoir la toilette dans le couloir ne nous dérange pas, c’est la froideur des toilettes et du couloir qui nous a le plus dérangé. À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas chauffée et il y faisait très froid. C’est un peu dommage, autrement nous n’avons strictement rien à dire.

Heel leuk verblijf

Ruime kamer, comfortabel bed, proper. Ideale ligging in het hartje van La Roche en Ardenne. Gratis parkeren op 5min wandelafstand. Ik zal zeker deze accommodatie nog bezoeken.

Spijtig genoeg hadden de buren een feestje tijdens mijn verblijf. Veel lawaai dus. Op mijn kamer was geen toilet voorzien, maar wel in de hall. Aangezien ik de enige kamer op gelijkvloers had was de toilet voor mijn alleen.
