A very comfortable, well equipped cottage. It is ideally located for visiting the many attractions in County Durham. Sheila popped in to see if all was okay shortly after we arrived and gave us some useful ideas of places to see and where to eat. She had also left a very generous welcome hamper for us - thank you!

Firstly it was easy to find and ideally situated for visiting the town of Barnard Castle, golf course or the many other places of interest around the area. It had everything you needed within the property whether it be for a short or long stay. Our host made us welcome giving valued information regarding the property and places to eat or visit. A really nice touch was the arrival starter package of milk, eggs, cereal and others treats.

Lovely homely cottage, well equipped. Located on a farm but very private and secluded outdoor area. Close by to lovely places to visit.
