Great location with easy parking, caring hosts and everything you need. Thank you!

The flat was clean and spacious, with plenty of parking on the cobbles outside. We enjoyed being able to watch a DVD one evening and it was very handy to find coat hangers in the wardrobe. Our host kindly left a basket of eggs which were so delicious! The location was great, surrounded by eating places, and the shower was nice and powerful.

As I live in the countryside, I didn’t sleep very well due to traffic noise in the front bedroom, as I’m not used to it (although the bed was very comfortable). My son found one of the beds in the second bedroom was a bit squeaky when he turned over.

Excellent location. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Thoughtful welcome pack. Great communication with owner. Enjoyed looking out of the window and watching the world go by.

it was a nice change but too much for us climbing the stairs

location was good and parking just around the corner

the three flights of stairs that we had to climb, we are a couple in our late seventies and getting bags and ourselves up and down all those stairs was very difficult also dark as there was only a switch at the bottom for the front door steps so that if you came out at night it was pitch black also as we are old i would have liked a handle in the shower also a mat for inside the cubicle

Loved Barnard Castle and surrounding areas.

Good central location. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower facility. Our hosts were friendly and informative and left eggs which was a lovely touch. The lounge area had a dvd and plenty of films/music to watch and listen to for those who wanted it and lots of information on the area.

We were aware it was pet friendly but on first entering the property it smelled heavily of dog but a spray with neutrodol rectified this and after telling our hosts they took our comment on board. Just needs a little bit more attention to dusting and cleaning.

Brilliant Apartment.

Very central location. Excellent facilities, with a large living room and 2 great bedrooms..Lage shower in bathroom, and extremely well equipped kitchen. Eggs, cereal, milk left by the owners.(a great touch). Will certainly be back. Highly recommended.

My visit to Barnard Castle.

The location was ideal. The flat was perfect for my daughter and myself. We were visiting family for the weekend. The flat was very homely and had all the facilities we needed. Next time we visit we will look to book this accommodation again. It looks to be a very popular place judging by the comments and Thankyou cards.
