Our lovingly designed Skihaserl vacation apartment invites you to relax in comfort—whether after an active day in nature or simply to unwind.
Swiss stone pine, high-quality loden felt, and select natural materials create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Lovingly crafted felt silhouettes of the surrounding mountains and charming ski-themed artwork bring the Alpine landscape right into the living room—with a touch of whimsy and great attention to detail.
A special highlight is the modern bathroom with a rain shower and an atmospheric LED light display right inside the shower—for relaxing wellness moments with a view of the mountains (at least in the picture!).
From the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Karwendel and Soierngebirge mountains—a vista that delights in every season.

Welcome to the Ferienglück vacation apartments—your home for relaxation and enjoying nature in the dreamlike Alpine world of Karwendel. Our family-run property combines traditional Bavarian architecture with modern amenities and offers you nine individually designed vacation apartments that harmoniously blend comfort, style, and coziness. A special highlight of each apartment is the high-quality furnishings featuring Swiss stone pine and natural materials, which ensure a healthy indoor climate and create a unique sense of well-being. You’ll enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, modern flat-screen TVs (some apartments have two), and fully equipped kitchens with filter coffee makers and Nespresso machines. To help you make the most of your active vacation, a small fitness and recreation room, rental bikes, sleds, and Nordic walking poles are available. You can safely store your sports equipment in the lockable ski and bike garage. As our guest, you’ll also benefit from the AlpenweltCard, which allows you to use buses in the region for free, among other perks. Parking spaces and a wallbox for electric cars (11 kW) are available right at the house—perfect for a stress-free arrival and eco-friendly mobility.
