In the bedroom’s romantic bay window, a small seating area with a table and two chairs invites you to read, write, or simply relax while enjoying the mountain view. For relaxing evenings, a private smart TV is also available here.
In the stylish bathroom, you’ll find an elegant granite sink and a spacious rain shower—a little spa experience after an active day in nature.

From the south-facing balcony, you can gaze out at the Soiern and Karwendel mountain ranges; from the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunset over the Wetterstein and Ester mountain ranges. Our family-run property combines traditional Bavarian architecture with modern amenities and offers you nine individually designed vacation apartments that harmoniously blend comfort, style, and coziness. A special highlight of each apartment is the high-quality furnishings featuring Swiss stone pine and natural materials, which ensure a healthy indoor climate and moments of well-being. You’ll enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, modern flat-screen TVs (some apartments have two), and fully equipped kitchens with filter coffee makers and Nespresso machines. To help you make the most of your active vacation, a small fitness and recreation room, rental bikes, sleds, and Nordic walking poles are available. You can safely store your sports equipment in the lockable ski and bike garage. As our guest, you’ll also benefit from the AlpenweltCard, which allows you to use buses in the region for free, among other perks. Parking spaces and a wallbox for electric cars (11 kW) are available right at the property—perfect for a stress-free arrival and eco-friendly travel.
