Very clean, staff helpful, beds comfortable is perfect for casual stay or business needs

Honestly can’t think anything didn’t like

The hotel is off the freeway, close to shopping centers and amenities.

The housekeeper knocked on our door at approximately 10:03 a.m., and we responded through the closed door that we would be leaving shortly. We never opened the door, so I’m not sure how housekeeping could have claimed to have seen our belongings. After we checked out, we were incorrectly charged a late check-out fee because housekeeping reportedly said our belongings were still in the room after 12:00 p.m. That was simply not true—we left around 10:34 a.m., which should be verifiable through the hotel’s security cameras. Moreover, customer service did not verify the information and charged us. It’s disappointing that a hotel of this caliber would rely on inaccurate information from staff, creating an unnecessary inconvenience for guests. I also noticed the bathroom was dusty, which fell short of the cleanliness I expected. Eventually, customer service resolved the billing issue after I asked them to check the camera. I hope management addresses these concerns to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

Great location with many stores around it.

No security for our vehicles.

The breakfast was ok however the chairs at the breakfast table were filthy (they only need to be cleaned). The staff were very professional and kind.

The dirty chairs at breakfast and the fact that the room is only made up and serviced every other day. For example there are 2 coffees left in the room for 2 people for 2 days.
