Pretty good, with minor inconveniences

Large television. Pretty good size room. Was able to choose room.

The bath tub filled up if we didn't totally remove the plug thing. There was a charge for breakfast. SUPER lumpy pillows. hardly any bedcovers. My digital key only worked on the outside door into the building, not the door to my room, even after a reset by front desk.

Very beautiful place and highly recommend.

I've been here twice now for convention work and both times have been very nice! It's also close by a lot of good restaurants and a target in case I need supplies. The only hiccup was that the key card I had didn't activate properly on the second night so I had my sister go downstairs to reactivate it but other than that, the stay was excellent. It's also very spacious too and I like how you need the keycard to activate the elevators.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I didn't get to try the restaurant but for the weekend stay, I didn't really need to go. Also the keycard not activating was only slightly inconvenient but it wasn't anything to worry about.

I love this property, the location and proximity to Pomona, which is where I was working was perfect. The freeway access was amazing. There's lots to do around it, and the hotel itself was clean and very well maintained

The only thing I didn't like about the property was that they did not make our bed or resupply our towels each night doesn't matter fact they never did room was never cleaned, except by us

-Extremely rude GM with zero customer service skills -Extremely rude staff except one nice person working the evening shift my first day (makes sense after GM interaction) -Horrible blinding bright light in gym -No windows in gym -Pool was closed with no warning -Windows don’t open for fresh air even half inch! -Windows face freeway

Stress free stay.

The room was pleasantly decorated and very little noise even though we had a room very close to the elevator and ice machine. The housekeeping staff did a good job keeping our room nice and clean, even offered us extra clean towels. Parking was never difficult and check out was a breeze.

They could offer scent free toiletries options. The smell of Axe body wash musk was very heavy. So heavy that I thought maybe someone had been in our room just before we had arrived and for 2 female travelers that was very off putting. We realized it was coming from our bathroom soaps and lotions Zero%, I would have appreciated a fragrance free option.

The location and vicinity were perfect! Close to freeway and shopping centers with restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations. Perfectly situated.

Awful would never come back

Van was nice and the microwave and fridge were good.

Staff was rude and not helpful overall. Also the shower is too slippery I fell and I hired myself and I’m waiting on an incident report which I have yet to receive. Also no urgency from staff or concern when I told them.

Well, the coffee maker in our room was broken so we went down to the breakfast buffet (which we did not get because you have to pay extra) and the coffee was so bad we had to go to Starbucks instead of drinking it. The fire alarm went off when we were getting into bed so we had to throw on clothes as it blared SO loudly and get our minature dogs out as soon as we could. Turned out to be a false alarm. The sink had strange water pressure and would only let out a trickle. There was something with the type of TV or the Internet set up, they had that made it not work with our fire stick.

4 adults- father and 3 children(adults) We requested extra towels and it wasn’t provided twice. Breakfast staff unfriendly and was only concerned about taking our breakfast coupon, but should have been tending too the items that had run out and was not available to us when we arrived.

Late check ins are usually a problem, but besides that we love staying at this location and in that great room.

Loved the comfort of the room, actually think we got the same room as our last stay there, which we loved.

The late check in times usually tend to cause issues with our trip plans. They did manage to get us in about half an hour earlier though which was pushing it close for our plans but better then not getting in because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to check in till late that night because of our trip plans.
