The room was spacious and nice, nightly cookies are the best, shower and bath products were nice.

Housekeeping was not up to par. I would ask for preferences or needs like 3 towels for the 3 people in the room each day they would not fulfill requests.

It was located in a good area for quick access to the freeway.

The common areas seem quite dirty. I saw a lot of dirt collecting in the corners of the elevator and hallways as well as overflowing garbage cans.

OK, except the elevator issue.

After getting in the elevator, and entering the floor that I needed to go to, the elevator light shut off, and all buttons stopped working. I pushed the alarm button for about 5 minutes. After about 7 minutes, the door opened. It was scary!

Overall my stay was pleasant, I would return in the near future.

I enjoyed the stay, private, quiet, clean and spacious. Enjoyed they had a bar and restaurant on premises and room services makes things more interesting. Oh before I forget, the cookie upon arrival added the cherry on top.

I did not like the parking, a little confusing, the rooms were a little far away and entrance was hidden.

A little tricky to find, but nice hotel and room.

I liked the covered parking without an extra fee. I liked the clean room, lobby, common areas. I liked the decor throughout.

The bed was too firm for me, but I know most people like a firm bed. I would not be able to sleep in that bed for more than a couple nights. Just a personal preference. Pillows were VERY comfy.

Terrible service! There's no free toothbrush and when we called for one the staff told us to come downstairs to get one but failed to tell us that we had to buy one from their store! Then the morning coffee is always put away so fast. Several times during my 2-week long stay, I was busy working in the lobby and didn't realize the coffee was being put away right at 10am. There was no last call and no one bothered to ask those of us in the lobby if we wanted any before they rushed off to put it away. You have to pay for parking which was yet another charge. You do not receive free water bottles everyday only during the first night. I was really disappointed by the service here and I stayed 2-weeks plus several other times in weekends prior. I must have spent a total of 3 full weeks here and the service felt cold and terrible. I felt like I was a big bother each time I asked for things.

Nice room and friendly staff

Room was nicely equipped with a small refrigerator, work desk, nice size TV, and comfy King bed. Got several texts from the manager? asking if everything was good and if I needed anything so communication was great. Nice Italian restaurant is right next door as well.

The outside parking lot is built on a hill so there aren't any slots that aren't slopped unless you park in the lower garage area.

There was no free breakfast so I didn’t try, the prices were very high

There was q sofa bed in the room but no extra sheets to use, that was uncomfortable. No conditioner in the shower, so that was an inconvenience. The shower bench was not secured and it fell on me, it Bruce’s my leg.
