About this villa rental

Relax under your lanai and enjoy the expansive water views filled with boaters, dolphins, sunsets and sunrises. This beautifully furnished home is all about the view! The home sits on a corner with 3 intersecting 200 foot canals just 800 feet to the Calusahatchee River, leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The huge dock can accommodate the largest of rental boats.

This was the perfect spot for our multi-generational family of five. Everyone had their own space, and we all enjoyed family time on the patio. The living room was great for movie nights too! We enjoyed island hopping while in Cape Coral. We visited Sanibel and Captiva. It was wonderful coming home every evening to beautiful sunsets by the pool. Loved it!

Arkady was a super host! Everything was just as described and as we expected. Arkady immediately sent a repairman over to fix a patio chair when we notified him. The location was beautiful, as well as the house! We especially enjoyed our family time in the pool/hot tub and on the comfy dockside loungers! The canal treated us to majestic views of dolphins and gorgeous sunsets as we relaxed. This was a wonderful vacation spot. If you are thinking about it, we recommend you just do it!

The property was ideal for my family. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house had a great layout for my group of 6. I would definitely stay here again, but the property is on the market and will probably sell quickly.
