Step into this stunning updated haven, where relaxation and adventure harmonize. Inside, you'll find brand-new kitchen appliances and refreshed furnishings throughout. Like to cook? The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking on the convection Bespoke range and there are plenty of utensils for the outdoor propane grill. You'll love preparing meals with a view of the pool and canal.
Bedroom Configuration:
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private full bathroom with shower
- 2nd Bedroom: Split king-size bed (set up as 2 twins or a king , your choice), shared Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3 (shower/tub combo)
- 3rd Bedroom: King-size bed, shared Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2 (shower/tub combo)
- 4th Bedroom: King-size bed, full bathroom with shower (located in the hallway)
Outside, the panoramic screened lanai further enhances the outdoor living experience, featuring new pavers, a heated pool and spa, mood lighting, and breathtaking views of the surrounding waters. The in-ground spa is conveniently located just outside the primary bedroom.
Experience the best of waterfront living on our expansive dock, complete with a spacious dining area and stunning views. Cast a line into the Caloosahatchee River canal, renowned for its redfish, snook, tarpon, and catfish. Enjoy complimentary fishing gear and kayaks/paddleboards with life jackets. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

We spent two weeks at this home, and the experience was nearly perfect. The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the air conditioning performed exceptionally well. (The new Nest thermostat took a quick YouTube tutorial to figure out.) The neighborhood was peaceful, and it was nice to see that a local sheriff’s deputy lives just a few houses down—it added an extra sense of security.The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were excellent quality cotton. The pool area—deck, furniture, and water—was all in excellent condition. The patio furniture was very comfortable. The only minor issue was with the spa heat, which wasn’t resolved until our final day, though the host was consistently responsive and made every effort to assist. A thoughtful bonus was the abundance of charging options throughout the house—almost every side table had a multi-port charger, which was incredibly convenient.Overall, a wonderful stay that we would gladly repeat.

We had an excellent stay here. The owner was particularly responsive to us for any concerns that we had. We LOVED the backyard, the pool, the hot tub and all of the amenities. We were so lucky to be able to book here for 2 weeks, and even got to add an extra day to our stay! Check in and out was so easy. Loved how VERY clean and personal the home was. There was everything we needed to cook and hang out in the house. Loved all the extra fans and blankets every where! All of the decorations were perfect. We brought everything we needed for the beach, but saw all of the extra amenities the owner has for beach goers. It is unmatched! And close to EVERYTHING. We will be back next year! We had two families and the property is perfect for our set up! So many huge beds and rooms! Thank you for making our vacation so memorable for us. The owner is fantastic, responsive and helpful. We were so lucky to find this listing!

Beautiful location, lovely updated Airstream. It was a quiet, calm area on a cliff over the Pacific. We had an amazing time and would stay again. The only caveat I would give is that, being a former camping trailer, the bath area ceiling is fairly low so if you are moderately tall, keep that in mind. The outdoor shower doesn’t have this issue, though!

everything was fine but the property only had 2 trash bags for a 6 night vacation and we got charged an extra cleaning fee at the end for over flow of trash but was never given a trash day to bring the cans to the street.
