A two-level loft with a private entrance (access via code) as big as a house. Spanning over 160 square meters, you’ll find four bedrooms: one bedroom with a single bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed, and a master bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate a crib. There’s also a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A shower room with underfloor heating, a bathroom with a sauna, and a guest restroom ensure comfortable accommodations for up to 12 people. A storage closet provides additional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, American-style refrigerator, and a fully automatic coffee machine. If you need to accommodate two more people, the living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa next to the TV. The dining area has an extendable table that seats up to 10 people. Whether you’re vacationing with friends, a large family, or even several families together, you’ll have plenty of space and fun. You’ll also have your own outdoor seating area with a portable grill and a private balcony. When using the sleeper sofa, the apartment can accommodate up to twelve people. The surrounding area, with its unspoiled natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of recreational activities and places to explore. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via instant bank transfer. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out by 10:00 a.m. The visitor’s tax will be included in the price starting in 2026. You will receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. For late arrivals, keys are available via a key safe. A crib is available free of charge upon request.
