About this house rental
Between the holiday regions Viechtach and Sankt Englmar lies the Quellenhof, which was built in the 1930s - completely alone in a forest clearing. Trees and meadows determine the environment, spend your holidays amidst breathtaking nature! The Quellenhof is a unique holiday home in the middle of the Bavarian Forest.
Apartments for up to 15 people
The Quellenhof consists of two apartments and an entertainment and leisure room, which is located in the annex. Overall, we can accommodate up to 15 people, ideal for larger families and smaller groups. The layout also offers enough space for the individual to retire in peace.
All apartments and the recreation room have a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary utensils and a basic assortment of spices. In total there are three bathrooms in the apartments. Each of them is equipped with shower and toilet, two of them also with a bathtub.
Large living and dining rooms invite you to linger. For a cozy atmosphere and a relaxing warmth two wood stoves provide. The required firewood is ready in a woodshed. Existing entertainment media, such as CD / radio and television, and board games complete the offer. An Internet connection (WLAN) is available and can be activated if required.
A large terrace in front of the Quellenhof offers the residents a variety of ways to get together. It invites guests to sunbathe, to barbecue or to sit together. Seating benches on the terrace are ideal as seating. The surrounding meadows and forests will open up to the children as a huge adventure playground.

Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Durch die 2 Häuser hatten wir genug Platz. Tagsüber gerne im alten Bauernhaus. Abends gemütlich im Anbau.

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage im Quellenhof. Super Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nette Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen für mehr Leute. Rustikale aber komfortabler Unterkunft.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Hütte verbracht. Absolute Alleinlage des Objektes mitten im Wald. Die Vermieter bleiben lediglich zum Check In und kommen dann wieder zum Check Out, wenn es keinen Bedarf hat, vorher zu kontaktieren. Egal was man möchte, hier findet man es. Ruhe oder Feiern, alles ist möglich. Unsere Reisegruppe hatte sehr viel Spaß und alle waren voll zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Die Betten waren fertig bezogen und eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Toilettenartikel ist vorhanden. Wir waren 10 Personen und haben super Platz gehabt. Toiletten und Bäder sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Ein toller Grillplatz und Terassensitz ist vorhanden und kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Je nach Jahreszeit oder Lust zum Baden, läd ein Quellwasserteich zum Reinhüpfen ein.
Es war ein super schönes Wochenende bei Familie Augenstein und jegliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
