About this house rental
Asberg is a small, quiet village that is part of the municipality of Innernzell. We are part of the Sonnenwald vacation region. Coming from the A9, you can reach Innernzell directly after the Hengersberg highway exit in about 20 minutes. The village of Asberg has very little car traffic, as it has no through roads—meaning only residents and their visitors enter the village. Right from the house, you can take walks in the surrounding forest or to the nearby stream.
The Accommodation
The vacation home (approx. 200 square meters) opened in mid-2021 and consists of a historic building that has been completely renovated as well as a new addition, thus combining a modern and comfortable atmosphere with rustic and traditional elements. The furnishings and amenities are new and of very high quality. It currently accommodates up to 10 people, making the house ideal for 2–3 families or an extended family.
The following rooms are available:
On the first floor, a spacious entryway welcomes you. From here, you can access the living room, which has the feel of a sunroom. If needed, sleeping accommodations for one person are available here (a sleeper chair); and on the other, you can enter the large, cozy living-dining-kitchen area; this is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle); There is also a spacious and comfortable bathroom on the first floor featuring a bathtub beneath a stunning vaulted ceiling. Pure relaxation is guaranteed with dimmed lights or candlelight.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 of them each have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and one has a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a sleeping surface of 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and 90 x 200 cm (top). Due to the limited headroom, the upper bunk is only suitable for people up to approximately 150 cm tall; the comfortable bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sauna; you can enjoy both the sauna (max. 85 degrees) and the sanarium here and sweat it out to your heart’s content. The glass-enclosed open-air loggia on this floor invites you to relax, whether after a sauna session or simply to wind down at the end of the day. The attic features a spacious loft studio that’s perfect for lingering, reading, meditating, or simply lounging. The highlight up here is the beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. The attic studio is equipped with a bed that can be used as either a single or a double bed, a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 140x200), and a TV. An additional bed (90x200) can be added upon request. A small bathroom with a shower is also available in the attic.
A children’s bed (160x80 cm) is also available and can generally be added to any bedroom (subject to prior arrangement and as needed).
The entire house has underfloor heating, and the bathrooms and the living-dining-kitchen area also have wall-mounted radiators.
The house also includes a garage, a garden (with a sandbox and barbecue area), and a patio in front of the living room with a seating area, lounge chairs, and a parasol;
The house and the adjoining garden are available exclusively to guests.
Keys can be picked up in person or left at the house.
A deposit of €40 is required upon arrival for the house keys and garage remote.
A tour (home systems, sauna, etc.) is available upon request and is recommended.

Bookable for stays of 4 nights or more; shorter stays are possible upon request or during the off-season—we’d be happy to provide you with a customized quote.
Parking in winter: In case of heavy snow or black ice, parking is only possible in the garage or in front of the garage due to the somewhat steep driveway leading to the house. In winter, when it snows, only a footpath from the garage to the house is cleared; the driveway is then impassable for cars.

There is an EDEKA supermarket, with a bakery and butcher shop, less than 1 km away.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus der Familie Stöckl verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und vieles mehr. Tolle Ausstattung aller Räume. Ansprechende Lichtideen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses muss unbedingt erwähnt werden, hier war alles perfekt. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen kann. Hier wurde alles mit Herzblut gestaltet. Der Kontakt mit Frau Stöckl vor der Anreise war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir wurden überaus herzlich von ihr empfangen und haben uns sehr über das Willkommensgeschenk gefreut. Wir bekamen eine ausführliche Einweisung und Tipps zum Einkauf etc. Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Familie Stöckl

Das Ferienhaus ist Luxus pur – wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Absprachen mit Familie Stöckl waren unkompliziert und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Uns wurde ausführlich erklärt, wie alles funktioniert: die Sauna, die Regelung der Fußbodenheizung und das Licht. In der Küche standen Begrüßungsgeschenke, die wir dankend annahmen.
Wir haben unsere Woche im Ferienhaus gut genutzt für Spaziergänge durch den Schnee und Ausflüge in die Umgebung, waren aber auch immer glücklich zurückzukehren. Denn das Ferienhaus hatte alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Die Sauna (mit Musik- und Lichtspiel) und der Kicker waren dabei die Highlights. Die geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche, das gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit der schönen Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen, die große Badewanne, die Frischluft-Loggia und die liebevolle Einrichtung haben ebenfalls sehr zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen.
Für uns war der Urlaub im Haus eine wunderbare Auszeit. Vielen Dank, Familie Stöckl, wir kommen gerne wieder!
