With 150 m² of space, up to 14 people can relax, play, and enjoy time together. The house consists of two lovingly furnished apartments—one upstairs and one downstairs—and the attic, which can also be rented separately if desired. There are five cozy bedrooms—two of which are each equipped with a comfortable double bed.
Two additional bedrooms feature a bunk bed for two people and an extra single bed—perfect for children or teenagers; another bedroom is flexibly furnished and can be used either as a double bed or with two single beds; two modern bathrooms and a bright living area provide space for relaxation and cheerful togetherness. From the balcony, the view sweeps over rolling hills and majestic mountains, while the fresh country air invites you to breathe deeply. A private parking space ensures a worry-free arrival.

Just about 150 meters away, a small swimming lake glistens in the sun—children splash about in the water, laughing, adults enjoy the peace and quiet, while birds chirp and the trees sway gently in the wind.
