Très belle localisation, vue superbe sur la baie de Levanto. Au calme.
Levanto est une charmante ville.
La pelouse aurait dû être entretenue et tondue.
Certains éléments dans la cuisine sont de piètre qualité ou manquants.

Great location, easy free parking included. Calm neighborhood and great view on the sea. The appartment is well organized and confortable.
Appliances are very low quality (to me this is not acceptable when renting at such a high price), microwave did not work (bummer with a baby), gas cooktop is not properly setup, changing the gas flow rate does barely anything so you either burn or don’t cook. Toilets are not fixed properly and can rock sideways. Walls are paper thin, we were there during Easter so it was probably full but it was very noisy (again bummer with a baby) and people were not particularly inconsiderate, just very bad soundproofing.
I think the owner/agency should renovate at least the non functioning appliances and change some used up furniture. Also, it was written so we did not expect anything but having a kitchen base kit with olive oil, vinegar, seasoning etc would be very beneficial. This is a 50€ investment on a property rented 1200€/week and removes a lot of friction to either bring things or buy things (not super practical in levanto since driving in the center is a nightmare and the appartment is 100m of steep climb which is not feasible with large groceries).

Die Aussicht und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Schöne Wandergegend. Nähe zu Levanto und Bonassola.
Ein wenig ringhörig, z. B. TV der Nachbarn war gut hörbar.

Wir waren für eine Woche hier und es war wunderschön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Kaffeemaschine, was in Italien nicht Standard ist. Alles sehr sauber, schöner Esstisch drinnen und draußen. Ja, das letzte Stück der Auffahrt ist etwas steil, dafür wird man mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht belohnt. Parken auf dem Grundstück super. Levanto ist sehr schön, auch für die Erkundung der Cinque Terre (am Besten mit dem Zug). Wanderungen nach Bonassola und Monterosso auch sehr toll und kostenfrei.
Nur ein kleiner Tipp: Insektengitter am Fenster wären gut. Es waren doch einige "Plagegeister" unterwegs.
