Comfortable stay in Arras

Lovely quiet venue, approx an hour away from Calais, so idea for our journey back to the port without having to worry about traffic. The hotel has a nice bar, lounge area, a very nice restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to enjoy the spa or golf facilities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the bathroom had clearly been recently refurbished.

The room was quite small, which was ok for one night but any longer and I would have been investigating the options for a larger room.

Lovely hotel, great food and facilities, ideal location for us

Wonderful hotel which was an ideal location on our return trip to the U.K. ( one hour south of le shuttle ). Room was good, food was excellent, spa was just perfect after a long drive.

Great surroundings, good food, great spa, fantastic staff and pool and spotless.

Pool and spa were great and obviously relatively modern. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool were all quiet and the provision of towels and robes was great. ALL the staff were fantastic without exception, especially the barman who managed a crowded bar full of people on his own with humour and efficiency. Lots of parking, quiet area with lots of beautiful views over the golf course. We also loved the chilled sparkling water dispensers in the corridors.

Not much really, the only thing we would ask for is for the bar noise to be reduced, our room was close to the bar and a function group came up to the bar and sung and shouted loudly, but only until about 10.15 so not too bad.

Staf hardly speaks English. You have to book every single step in the hotel regarding use of food and facilities. This is at the expense of the relaxed nature of the holiday experience

Very nice hotel and quite close to the motorway

Great view from our room overlooking the golf course which is very pretty. Lovely dinner on the terrace at the hotel restaurant.

The breakfast room floor and the lounge floor had not been cleaned when we went for breakfast, not what I'd expect from an establishment like this. I mentioned it to the reception staff who said that the breakfast room and the lounge (bar 19) would be cleaned later that morning.

A comfortable, friendly overnight stay in beautiful surroundings of the golf course.

We only stayed one night en route but staff were friendly and helpful, the outside area was perfect in the sunshine overlooking the golf course Evening meal, breakfast and room were all good.

Great views over golf course. Lovely summer evening. Great champagne. Helpful friendly staff. One of my go to hotels en route through France each year. Good restaurant too. The night we stayed there was music outside till apx 10pm. Lovely environment.

Finally enjoyed the day it was super clean and the facility was great.

The Spa facility was fantastic. The staff were very helpful it was absolutely a bonus that the spa facility was open till late in the evening which we very much enjoyed using the spa facility. The only downside. I wish there was a water dispenser closer to the sauna area. To have a quick drink of water rather than going out to the Spa reception to request which the staff were absolutely helpful and fantastic, but I would’ve preferred not to leave that particular facility for that. The whole concept of the hotel was very elegant and comfortable. All the staff were very approachable and helpful with all enquiries. The only downside was we were a little hungry around 9:30 in the evening. It would’ve been so helpful if there was a soup option available on the menu as the weather was quite cold and we ended up eating salad which was nice but not suitable. We just had it due to hunger.

Modern, clean, comfortable with some wonderful high tech touches in the bedroom and especially the bathroom. The shower was incredible!! The spa was gorgeous and the location perfect for a family looking for a comfortable days with good facilities not too far from Calais

Amazing, Brilliant with fabulous staff

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff we spoke to which included -reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and literally anyone who was employed at this hotel was absolutely brilliant. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. This hotel was booked as a stopover on our way back from Spain and exceeded all our expectations and we would have loved to stayed longer and experience all the area and hotel had to offer. We are now planning a return visit to Arras and specifically this hotel.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with a little luxury

We stayed here after a long drive through England and the euro tunnel. Exactly the kind of comfort we needed for a first two nights before going south. Lovely suite with private terrace where we sat with our wine and food. Easy access to outside from which was handy for walking our dog. Lots of space, storage, little fridge, huge bathroom. Worked for us with our teenager. Quiet and serene during the two days with very friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful in bright dining room/sunny terrace. Making sure it’s our last stop on return journey. Can’t say enough.

Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you would need for a short stay

Clean rooms, spacious with all the facilities you would need. Gym is clean, tidy and has some good equipment. The view from the lobby onto the golf course is beautiful. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely setting on the golf course, the bar and restaurant have fabulous views. Clean rooms and helpful reception staff.

Overall excellent. Great location, superb facilities and very comfortable

Breakfast is poor. Brits like a wide range of cereals plus a belly busting proper cooked breakfast, bacon, fried eggs, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. You must get a lot of Brit visitors but don’t appear to cater to us. We also had to ask for English breakfast tea; come in guys!

Perfect stopover on the way back to the ferry

The hotel appeared to be very new. Everything was clean and especially the bathroom was excellent with a luxury shower. A/C worked a treat, could not fault the room on anything. The Spa looked great and my daughter enjoyed an hours swim. Dressing gowns were provided in the room to aid visiting the spa. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had a luxury feel with plenty of choice.

The location is lovely and the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

We stayed here one year ago... the restaurant is closed on Sunday, which is fair enough, but last year we were offered sharing platters of fish or charcuterie. We opted for fish and we couldn't eat it all ! This time the offering was considerably less attractive. The fish was a small portion of smoked salmon enough for one person, so we ordered duck pate which was delivered in a small jar which was difficult to open and no plates so crumbs and bits were all over the table. Also the hot drink facility in the room was very mean . Sorry but these things make a difference when deciding where you stay .

Lovely hotel, room could have been cleaner, disappointment of the golf ensured an expensive mistake.

Hotel had been impressively upgraded since my last visit. Fittings and ambience good.

Room cleanliness didn't match the level of decour. I like two pillows but not different shapes. My reason for staying there was purely the Golf. Whilst I understand there is apparently no connection between the hotel and the golf course, historically the hotel has benefitted from the patronage of individual and groups of golfers. Unfortunately the golf course was in a disgraceful state of neglect, particularly at 65 euros a round. For that reason alone, it is unlikely that I would return.
