Located on the fourth floor of a luxury residence, quiet, secure on the first line of the beach, all 50m from shops and all amenities, with elevator, swimming pool and private parking.
Once you enter the apartment, you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic sea view,
Apartment renovated, equipped for your greatest comfort and decorated with great care, you will quickly feel privileged...
=> Accommodation a little + in detail:
You enter the 36m² apartment through an open passageway with a panoramic view of the Mail district and Mont St Loup.
On your right, a cabin area with a bunk bed (80cm x 190cm) which will accommodate the children, in the extension of the cocooning bedroom with double bed (140cm x 200cm), bright and functional. On the left side, the separate toilet, the bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, straightener, washing machine (ironing board and iron available).
Then opens the south-facing living room-kitchen bathed in light with its magical view of the sea, the beaches and the Mail de Rochelongue.
The kitchen is fully equipped to new, with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Senseo coffee maker, induction electric hobs and extractor.
A large work surface will allow you to prepare good dishes while admiring the big blue just opposite...
All the necessary utensils are available and many cupboards and storage are available to store your groceries.
The terrace of approx 10m², and the plancha area, allow you to enjoy the sun and the sea in complete privacy!
The swimming pool of the residence will welcome you from May 1st to September 30th (except for specific provisions related to the health crisis)
=> Practical side:
- Storage: A large closet in the hall with shelves and wardrobe.
Under the cabin bed, a large drawer for children's belongings.
In the bedroom, the chest bed that opens up offers a great possibility of storage. In addition to this, there is a shelf and wardrobe for clothes.
- For young children: Travel cot with small mattress / booster seat for chairs which also makes a changing bag/ baby plates, bibs, glasses, cutlery/ bathtub, and changing mat.
- Bedding: Adult bedding is new. Duvets, pillows, bedding covers and plaids are provided. You will need to bring your own sheets. Our concierge service can also offer you some (contact us for details).
- Some board games available, and beach games for children.
- Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included, our concierge service can offer you these services as an option.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Leider fanden während unseres Aufenthaltes täglich Musikveranstaltungen nur 200 Meter entfernt statt.
