The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, while the bathroom includes a shower with WC. A loggia extends the living space outdoors.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool available during the summer months, depending on conditions. Free private outdoor parking is provided within the residence, offering added convenience. The property is designed for independent stays, with essential amenities available on site.
