We are renting out “Les Captivantes 2,” a unit in a secure residence with a caretaker, located on Rue Volvire de Brassac. This semi-detached home (attached on one side) accommodates 5 or 6 people and features reversible air conditioning. It faces east-west and offers a spacious 40 m² living area with a private terrace not overlooked by neighbors.
Ideal for vacations with family or friends.
Located near the golf course, in the Mont Saint-Martin neighborhood, close to Aqualand, Île des Loisirs, Dinoparc for the little ones, etc.
Located 800 m from the most beautiful beach in Le Cap (Richelieu Beach), a 10-minute walk from the harbor, and close to all shops (pharmacy, mini-market, tobacco shop, deli, bakery, etc.) within a 5-minute walk,
The residence is fully gated and accessible by key fob. It features a beautiful pool with a large main pool and a wading pool for children, as well as access to a ping-pong room,

A fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stovetop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Senseo Switch coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a juicer, a deep fryer, a SodaStream, a cordless vacuum cleaner, a steam mop, and all kitchen furnishings.

A large, private terrace with an electric awning, outdoor furniture for 6 people, and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, as well as an electric griddle.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a loft with a pull-out sofa, and a bathroom with a shower, a sink with vanity, and a toilet.
The house is well-equipped and offers every comfort for a pleasant stay.

July 15–22: 750€ per week
July 22–July 29, €800 per week
From July 29 to August 12, €850 per week
From August 12 to 19, €800 per week
From August 19 to 26, €750 per week
September: €550 per week
Optional: bed made upon upon arrival: €50 (for all bedding)
If needed, we have a travel crib and a high chair available.
Cleaning fee: 60€ (excluding kitchen area)

Deposit: 40% upon booking
Payment by check, cash, or PayPal; vacation checks are not accepted.
Keys will be handed over in person.
