Very central in market place. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Nice touches like leaving us a cake & teabags/milk/coffee

Would have liked a little dish/shelf in the very large shared shower to put soap/shower gel/shampoo whilst showering Wall was plenty big enough for one and a small stool to lay clothes on/towels when getting in and out would be good. You don't really want to put them on the toilet lid.

Amazing stay - most comfortable bed & super clean.

Well everything - we didn’t meet the owners but we were delighted with our stay there - the property really did exceed our expectations the main bed was super luxurious & very comfortable & would have to be the most comfortable bed we slept in over the past three weeks - well done to the owners literally everything that you would need to be self contained was provided for… Excellent Standards.

Sad we didn’t meet the owners & only my husband & I stayed there with one friend - 4th guest couldn’t make it… You will find it hard to beat this property.

Pleasant base for the Cotswolds.

Proximity to square, supermarket and general Cotswolds area. Well set up kitchen.

Terrible condensation streamed off all the windows , needed a dehumidifier in each room. There was a large car parked outside for all 6 days of our stay, completely blocking the outdoor view of the square and prevented us using that area. If it was never moved , who owns it? Bunk beds only really suitable for children so this rental only serves a family or couple.

No toilet paper and sanitary items from previous guests left in the bedroom drawer so the property was obviously not cleaned properly

Looks nice, but smells awful!

We had to leave the property and couldn't continue our stay. I am shocked that others have not mentioned it, but the overwhelming smell of damp and the extent of dust was too much for us to stay. We attempted one night, but found small bugs in the bed, and decided to leave. One of the worst stays I've ever had. A real shame. Aesthetically, the property looks mostly similar to the pictures, but it feels dirty and cold. A complete waste of money.

Location fantastic house cosy and beautifully furnished

The smell of damp on the ground floor coming from the basement. No toilet door on the ground floor toilet. Unfortunately master bedroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. I hate to write negative feedback but wish I had of known of the smell before booking. Little surprised no one else has mentioned it. My husband who never smells anything couldn't stand it.

Wonderful location and spacious townhouse.

The location is unbeatable! The property is very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having a washing machine.

The property was wonderful. However, the town carnival was set up and operational (directly in front of the property) during our stay which detracted from the serene environment of the town.

Excellent Cotswolds Experience

Location was amazing. Rooms were wonderful. This is a great place to stay for a family. Tesco is very close. Tons of food options and shopping.

Parking was a little dicey due to the market on Thursday and the weekend crowd. There is a bathroom on the top floor and a half-bath in the little basement. Get ready to walk some stairs every time you need to go. We could not get the big TV to work. I called the property manager multiple times about it, but she never answered. On the last night we figured out that the outlet behind the TV wasn't working regardless of the position of the outlet switch. We moved the power plug to another switch, and it was good. Not a big deal, but I'm glad we didn't need anything serious.

Superb

The location is great, the space is roomy and very well equipped and to a great standard.

As a group of adults I slept on the lower bunk and the mattress was too thin really for adults. This wouldn't be a problem for children. I like a dark bedroom so only having blinds wasn't great for me. These are small issues, overall there is very little not to like.

What a find!

Little Elms was perfect for our first break away as a family. The location was perfect for the town itself and other places in the Cotswolds. We were lucky to get a parking space right outside when we arrived. The house was very luxurious especially the huge bed, which was so comfortable! The house was so clean and smelt so nice, so much so that we’re going to buy some of the same diffusers. The owners were kind enough to leave us some essentials and even a cake! The vault was very interesting, a nice contrast to some of the modern elements of the house. Would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend.

If in the kitchen had TWO flights of stairs to bathroom There is a toilet in the basement but stairs very difficult to negotiate
