Perfect weekend getaway in a beautiful home.

I felt immediately at home the minute I entered the property with Jane there to welcome us in. The living area looked so cosy with its Christmas tree and lighting. We couldn’t have asked for more . Perfect location to enjoy especially at Christmas.

Parking can be a bit tricky but that’s all I can say .

Absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable and has anything you could possibly need…and more! Location is perfect too; in the heart of stow-on-the-wold. Even though the property has no parking space, it really wasn’t an issue for us as we were able to park just up the road (1 min walk) in the square. Always found space to park and we had a fairly large car. Jane was so lovely and helpful too! She stocked the place up with yummy food and recommended some cute towns that we could visit. 🥰

Excellent apartment, centrally located, great restaurants, pubs, etc and attractions.

Location was excellent. Apartment was very nice (better than expected), well equipped (TV, Alexa, coffee machine, full kitchen, etc) and stocked with essentials, snacks and drinks. Local shops, restaurants and pubs were great.

No dedicated parking with the apartment, but the local on street options (free and paid are both only a 30 second walk). This is only a very very minor inconvenience, and no way a full negative by any means.

We had a perfect short break in Stownes and would happily stay there again.

The apartment was perfectly positioned in Stowe for accessing all local amenities and was beautifully furnished and decorated. Our host Jane made went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Location great and the flat was full of beautiful furniture and artwork and was very comfortable. I brought my own breakfast as I'm a bit fussy but the supply of food and condiments was excellent so I need not have bothered. as well as having a very well stocked drinks cabinet!

Everything from the location to the fit and finish is outstanding about this property. The exterior is historic(located above a local quiet shop off the main town square) but no expense was spared on the interior renovation! Jane, our host, even had cheeses and charcuterie with crackers available at our check in. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. This makes for a fabulous country retreat if you still want modern luxury comfort!
