The location was perfect easy walk into the village and very quiet.
The kitchen is basic and the oven and oven trays need a good clean,and the wood sink draining board needs replacing.

No locks on bathroom doors. Bath panels keep falling off.

Wonderful quiet location, rooms and garden size, well equipped, good bathrooms, secure parking.
No welcome pack ! No house info re bins or recycling. House not cleaned properly (kitchen floor, main oven, fridge, worktops and windowsill all dirty) and some misses on general items everywhere. Ash pan was full, carpets not hoovered, sofa upholstery needs cleaning or replacing, the same for the placemats & coasters. Garden areas and drive need some TLC - the property deserves it. At this price, or indeed any price, I don't expect to have to clean the house myself. Despite twice asking the agents (Cottages.com) about the working condition of the log burner, they ignored this query completely - luckily it was fine.
