Clean,Tidy and good communication with the owners

Parking was in the next street so you could not keep a view of your car

Great location close to bus stop, shops, ameneties and NYMR. Clean, comfy beds all things you need coffee, tea, toilet rolls, soap & plenty of towels. Comprehensive information folder Would be really good to add you provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate milk and sugar and soap to the property description as we brought our own. Lovely outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay again

Nothing major that warranted reporting to owners. There was no washing up liquid but was some in laundry downstairs. Was foot noise from people in apartments upstairs but not unexpected or disturbing our nights stayed. Previous stay had left cushions out on rattan furniture not put away in box provided and so were wet. Owners/ cleaners should check in future. My father in front room said one night was noise like appliance/ boiler during the night which disturbed his sleep but not any noise on second night. Boiler is in back room I was in so wasnt from our apartment. I see reported similar in other reviews. Was some wear and tear on walls paintwork and where tv in back room had been knocked against wall and some marks on living room furniture but not unexpected or detracting from our enjoyable stay. There was no boxes for recycling as described in folder only the two blue general rubbish bins so had to put recycling in there.

To much noise coming from apartments above which went on until early hours of the morning, my children couldn’t sleep. No bin in the bathroom. No dishwasher. Could do with a brush for the kitchen floor. No washing up liquid left. Only 2 toilet rolls left. Parking is a bit of a pain.

The location was excellent, and having a dedicated parking space made everything really convenient. The hosts were great and regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment itself was cosy and well-suited for a family of four. There were plenty of towels provided, and having a smart TV in every room was a nice touch, although they were quite slow to use.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness let the property down. I had to wash most of the pyrex dishes, pans, and trays before using them because they were dirty. We also spent quite a while cleaning the patio area, as it wasn't clean and there was a strong smell of vomit outside. Even the vacuum cleaner had an unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to use. Some of the tea bags provided with the other refreshments seemed very old. I had to open several tea bags before finding one that didn't have a stale, earthy smell. Overall, this is a lovely, cosy apartment in a great location with attentive hosts. It would have been an excellent stay if the cleaning had been up to the same standard as everything else.
