About this villa rental
The property is an original Tuscan architecture. Totally renovated, has maintained the characteristics stone outer walls, the imposing oak beams, terracotta floors and charming vaulted ceilings.
The farm is very large and comfortable. The large indoor and outdoor spaces make it particularly suitable for families and groups of friends, or to celebrate special occasions and ceremonies. Surrounded by a large garden completely fenced in, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa allows its guests the necessary privacy. Also the pool is fully fenced and safe for the access of children.
All major cities of Tuscany are within 30/90 minutes by car, as well as the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast or the villages full of charm of the Val di Cecina.
Podere la Regina, surrounded by countryside, is 5 minutes by car from Chianni, a characteristic village with food stores, a bank and some nice restaurants where you can taste tuscan specialties.

Siamo stati benissimo, il posto è incantevole e immerso nella campagna tipica toscana. La villa è spaziosa e perfetta per un gruppo come il nostro che cercava tranquillità e isolamento. Molto pulita e ben arredata. Grazie Alfredo per la tua ospitalità, torneremo!
