About this villa rental

The property is an original Tuscan architecture. Totally renovated, has maintained the characteristics stone outer walls, the imposing oak beams, terracotta floors and charming vaulted ceilings.
The farm is very large and comfortable. The large indoor and outdoor spaces make it particularly suitable for families and groups of friends, or to celebrate special occasions and ceremonies. Surrounded by a large garden completely fenced in, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa allows its guests the necessary privacy. Also the pool is fully fenced and safe for the access of children.
The villa is one building on two floors.
On the ground floor the villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with large dining tables suitable for up to 20 people, a large open plan room (60 sqm) converted into a bedroom for children or groups of friends (6 beds) and a bathroom. On the first floor, a large living room with fireplace for relaxing and reading room; again on the first floor, four large bedrooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds and private bathroom) very bright, all with panoramic views (14 beds).
It is possible to dine outside on the patio of Carraia from which opens a beautiful view of the hills of the Era up to Volterra.
The car park is private and inside the property.
All major cities of Tuscany are within 1 hour - 1.5 hours drive as well as the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast or the villages full of charm of the Val di Cecina.

We were a group of 15 people, 5 families and it was the perfect villa for everyone. Each family had a room and a bathroom. Kids had so much to do between the pool, pingpong table and hiking into town. The view is breathtaking and the scenery changes by the hour. Tuscan sunsets are out of this world. Alfredo was very helpful. Coming in every morning and making sure we had everything we need. The only thing missing was a dryer, or extra towels since we washed our towels and could not line dry them outside as it was raining during the afternoon for a couple of days. The drive was definitely adventurous- windy, bumpy and very narrow roads but the views make up for it. Don’t expect the wifi to be great, but this is the perfect villa to unplug. I would come back in a heart beat and just explore the surrounding towns as well. San Gimignano was our favorite town, just 30mins drive from the villa. We will be back, Podere la Regina. Thank you for the beautiful memories, Chianni!
