I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed bright 1 bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, friends, and those on business trips. Located between two of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London: Paddington and Bayswater, this place boasts excellent travel links across London:

The space
- The apartment is situated on the third floor.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa and TV.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern open-space kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedroom is bright and airy with storage space, the double bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The apartment has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
