Location was perfect with kids. A short walk to Hyde park with a playground. Easy access to two stations including the Heathrow express. Great restaurants and cafes near by too.
It got a little hot in summer.

Great location and local amenities. Although the property is small, it has everything you require. Fantastic to see there was a small lift after finding out the day before arrival that our apartment was on the 3rd floor. That really helped with our luggage. Nice decor and very clean.
The apartment door was very difficult to close and we had to use the key in order to slam the door, otherwise it jammed and we couldn’t get it closed. The internal doors were also slightly difficult to close. Assume the wood was swollen due to the heat and could benefit demo being adjusted.

The flat although very small was modern with quality appliances and decorated well clean towels and tea coffee cups and glasses
The heating was so hot and only turned off by thermostat on the radiator, toilet brush was covered in somebody else's poo, blinds were dirty and stained, bedding bobbly, sofa bed very hard with only one pillow each and a very thin blanket and no hot water on thr last morning of our stay so couldn't shower before we left. Also a tv would be good on the room
