De snelle service van de host was uitstekend. De problemen met de douche afvoer en een paar andere puntjes werden direct verholpen. Ondanks buitentemperaturen van 35 graden was het appartement heerlijk koel. Ligging van het appartement is uitstekend. In een rustige straat en om de hoek veel eetgelegenheden. Het ligt ook dicht bij metrolijnen.

De voordeur was met de sleutel moeilijk te openen. Na een paar keer oefenen ging het goed maar lijkt mij beter om dit te repareren.

Het was op -1 waardoor het lekker koel was tijdens het warme weer en geluidloos. Ook het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Location was perfect, very close to Hyde Park and close to little supermarket and other cafes/restaurants nearby. Collecting the key was easy with the reception being close by. Sofa bed was readily made up for our arrival. Kitchen was ideal for keeping drinks cool and making tea/toast. Plenty teabags/coffee sachets, shower gel/shampoo tubes. Fabulous pub a short walk away with live music and the best sunday dinner.

Steps down to the apartment were pretty narrow so you have to take care on your footing especially if carrying luggage. The apartment had a problem with Ants in the main lounge & kitchen , possibly from the warm weather but we were finding these all over the kitchen and living room which wasn't very pleasant. There was also a large tea stain that hadnt been cleaned on the worktop from the previous guests. There was no dish towel or kitchen roll paper to dry dishes, no dish washing liquid or even a little sponge or cloth which you usually get in self catering apartments to start you off. Also there is no full length mirror to assist when getting dressed or when drying your hair. The only mirror is in the bathroom above the sink. Not ideal when you have several people sharing. Found a few dark hairs in the bedding and the bedroom floor needed a good clean. Also, the tiny cups in the kitchen are awful especially if you like a good mug of tea. Larger mugs would be better. Another nice touch would be to have a few small bottles of drinking water in the fridge for arrival.
