Summary:
This super stylish 2 bed flat is just 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park and Paddington station. The sitting room and kitchen are spacious and well lit with the wide windows that flood the space with natural light. The decor is comfy, modern, and has a lovely personal touch making it a lovel retreat for your stay in London.
The Space:
You enter the home and come into the bright and cheery living room. The dining room and the kitchen are attached, and come straight off of the living room. The bedrooms are both at the rear, away from any noise from the street. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, along with the bathroom, and the other is up a concealed staircase!
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire flat.
The Neighborhood:
This charming flat is in an amazing location and is ideal for commuters as it is very near Paddington station. It is 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park where you can enjoy Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall and some of the most famous museums in London, the National History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. It is also great for shoppers as you can shop on High Street Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrods and Harvey Nichols) and Oxford Street.
Getting Around:
Paddington Station- Underground and National Railway (Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, and the Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express national rail). 5 minutes walk from the home.
Lancaster Gate Station- Underground (Central line). 6 minutes walk from the home.
Bayswater Station- Underground (Circle and District lines). 10 minutes walk from the home.
Queensway Station- Underground (Central line). 12 minutes walk from the home.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

The flat was very well located for visitors to London in a pleasant and safe area, a short walk to Paddington Station and to Hyde Park and museums, with some great restaurants just around the corner. We stayed for 1.5 weeks in December and found the flat cozy, comfortable and full of character - and we even managed to cook a respectable Christmas dinner with the kitchen facilities. It was a nice place to relax and watch the world through the front window. Wifi was reliable in the front part of the house. We appreciated having an effective washer and dryer. The host was clear and polite in her communications, and we felt very welcome. One small issue: we found it difficult to source the correct pods for the coffee machine. Although it is a ground floor flat, there are quite a lot of internal stairs, which was fine for us but may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. Overall, we had a lovely time here and would recommend.

Stayed here with family of 4. Property was as advertised and on nice quiet street with easy access to Paddington underground and rail station. There are several small grocery shops close by and an easy walk to Hyde Park.
The flat has entry on the first floor with one bedroom on the main floor and one bedroom, with the larger bed, up a small very narrow winding staircase.
The main floor is spacious, comfortable and well appointed, great to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom is small and very tight but functional.
Overall this location and flat worked out well for us, just be aware that it is a bit challenging to get luggage up to the second level bedroom. Other than great flat.

The location was great, the place was comfortable and spacious. Really appreciated having markets and cafes right around the corner. Easy to access the bus and Paddington Station for trains and the tube. Would stay here again.

The location to nearby tube stations was ideal. A quick walk to Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations makes traveling around London easy. The flat has a large couch, sitting area, TV, & kitchen table to seat a least 4 adults. The bathroom is quite small, even for UK standards. The shower was so tricky to adjust-either scalding hot or ice cold. The beds could use updating. They were both uncomfortable and very worn. There is also a continual noise running near the back of the flat that sounds like an air compressor. For tired travelers comfort and quality of sleep is important and the flat lost stars in this department.
