In the rare event that the elevator stops working, you will be required to use the stairs for access to apartment.
Rubbish can be disposed of in black bin liners provided and placed in the bins outside located to the right of the front door.

✔Check-out: By 11am
**If guests delay cleaners at check-out, a charge of £100 per hour applies if not arranged or approved by us in advance
✔Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed at the property. Please note that any signs of smoking will incur a fee of £300
✔Lost Keys: In the event that a guest loses or fails to return the keys to the apartment at the end of their stay, a replacement fee of £100 will be charged to cover the cost of key replacement and rekeying the locks.
✔Lockout Call-Out Fee: If the guest locks themselves out of the apartment during their stay, a call-out fee of £100 will be charged for the assistance provided to gain entry. This fee covers the cost of the service call and any related expenses.
✔Strictly prohibited to have wild events and large gatherings at this apartment

***This is not a serviced apartment meaning it will not be cleaned during your stay (this can be arranged for an extra fee! and amenities such as toilet roll and toiletries will not be replenished once they run out.
