Very good location. Spacious appartament.
The thermostat in the shower does not work. The water at first was cold and thhen it was boiling hot without option to change.

My family and I really enjoyed the comfortable apartment and its home-like atmosphere. The facilities were good, even though they looked a bit dated. The location is close to many places to eat, Hyde Park, and the Tube station. If I visit London again, this would be a place I'd choose to stay.
The apartment is located in the basement, but that is not a problem.

Great location near Lancaster Gate. Could walk easily to many places and tube at Lancaster Gate very close. Communication with Raphael was swift and he was very helpful and pleasant Appreciated the ability to leave luggage at flat before/after check in/out times, very convenient. Flat was very clean, and well-equipped and fairly bright as a basement/lower ground flat. Value for money for location with 5 adults staying. Overall a nice experience and a great base for exploring London. Many thanks to the pleasant host.
Overall we had a good experience. If we were to offer some suggestions - a few things could do with a handyman for a few hours to sort - windows, door handles, outside entrance. The photos on the site are fine, reflect the flat interior, but ate maybe a little flattering as renovation is now a bit old. No complaints though and overall experience was positive.
