The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. I has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a 70" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are a good size and there is a flat screen smart TV in each for your enjoyment. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. I try to take my family on a yearly Florida vacation and we usually stay at the same condos. This time we tried something new and glad we did. We had a great time. Everything at the condo was clean and better than expected. We will be back!!

We were very pleased with the location, condition and equipment of the condo, as well as the friendly and helpful communication with the agents.Our only comment: more information in the listing about the extensive beach equipment at the unit would have saved us transporting our own items.

Beautiful corner condo right on the beach! Recently renovated building, with awesome pool and hot tub. April, the property manager, and her staff were absolutely great and helpful with any things we needed or questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
