The laundry room adds everyday functionality, while the screened in veranda accessed from living room and dining room is ideal for a serene escape to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
2nd Floor:
East Wing: Features 2 bedrooms, including the primary King suite and Double/Full bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower, with a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Halifax River—perfect for some solitude or sunrise views.
West Wing: Has 2 additional Queen bedrooms, bathroom with tub/shower combo, and private stair access to the pool area, offering easy indoor-outdoor living for guests or family.
When you are not in the swimming pool you will also find across the street a grassy area where you can easily walk into the water and drop in your paddle boards, kayak or canoe.
