The property is 15 to 20 minutes by subway from Roma Termini and made a great base for us to explore central Rome while having good access to local restaurants cafe/bars and supermarkets. We loved the well equipped shared kitchen facilities in addition to bedroom, private bathroom and small balcony. Easy contact on arrival (arranged over Whats Ap prior to arrival) to get keys.
We arrived at night and the area can initially appear a little dodgy (it isnt) before you are familiar with the location.

It was reasonably clean and it had a balcony
loud location on main street, almost no sound insulation. small room, common entry, hard to communicate with owners, extra expensive parking under the next building, overall no value for money
