Everything is exactly as you see it in the photos. Everything very clean, towels and linen smelled nice. The owner came to clean the common area every day, which always smelled nicely. Room is not cleaned everyday, but the owner asked us herself if we need cleaning and she mopped the floor and replaced towels, when we asked. The owner is very nice. She doesn't speak English but it was not a problem at all, as she has a very good and fast translation app. She also let us leave our luggage in our room after check-out and pick them up later, which was very nice of her. The whole place is renovated and everything is new, from appliances in the kitchen to room bathroom. The common area has all the amenities (eg. microwave, coffee machine for espresso and French coffee, all the necessary cutlery, refrigerator) and also some coffees and packaged sweets for breakfast. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes walk from metro, approx. 3 bus stations and 2 supermarkets, and close to both city center and Fiumicino airport. Very pleased by the cost also. Overall, 100% recommended!

Two small things: 1. I would perhaps use a heavier and opaque entrance door to the common area, given that the hotel is basically rooms-to-let and there is not a person at the reception 24/7. However, as far as I have read and seen, Aurelio is a safe, non-criminally neighborhood. 2. Lastly, sound insulation between the rooms could be better, as we could hear talking occasionally, so, if neighbours were loud, we could potentially be annoyed. However, this was not out case and we could sleep uninterrupted during our stay.

Quizás daría un plus tener cocina, pero de resto muy bien
