This is a convent. The room and the bathroom were big and spacious.
The location. I headed to the St. Peter's Basilica at 6am for the 10am Xmas 2025 mass. There were no taxis and the Metro was closed. And this is the part where I appreciated the location of this place: it was a 2km++ walk but it was DOWNHILL. Easy peasy. Also, it was a neighborhood of regular folks so get your cappuccino next door. The Metro A line is closest to it. Metro A line stops at The Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Roma Termini.
The breakfast is on the house. I fuelled up for the walking.
Also, there's always a person in the front Desk.
The centralized heater is not great. I used the AC / heater unit. But I did wear a sweater and fleece pajamas to bed.
Also the convent is inside an apartment complex that doesn't allow cabs to come in. So yeah you have to push luggage in the complex then up the stairs (torture).
There's a 10pm curfew.

All was going fine, clean, nice room. Just 3 min to metro station. Would stay again.
Maybe just a bit harder to find but when you find the main gate, it's easy to reach then.

The nuns were lovely. Excellent wifi.
The bed was extra hard and small. The shower was very small and leaked.no fridge for medications and no jug to make a cup of tea. Not a SMART tv. No English channels for news.
