Stirling Court Hotel

Have stayed several times before due to its location (close the main Glasgow to Perth road), its grounds offer lovely walks around the lake and even a shop within the university. Everything works and is clean.

Not much really when you consider the price. There are about 3 EV chargers in the University car park but they would not work with our vehicle and are very slow anyway. Time hotels offered EV charging.

The location was just good for me as i was visiting my daughter in Sterling University. The Bus service was also good and the bust stop right near to the Hotel which was so convenient

The breakfast and the quietness the location the views and of course the staff

No food service on that evening although a booking was accepted a few days prior , having driven 460 miles to get there that day that was disappointing to say the least the receptionist first informed us of the problem at check in but did not offer to arrange an alternative ( I guess management had not given her authority to do so ) fortunately another guest was able to recommend a local pub which we were able to make a last minute online booking so after going to our respective rooms we drove there and after 15 mins your receptionist phoned to offer transport to where ever we required sadly a little too late ! I felt that after such a long drive this service should have been offered t check in . I have over the years stayed with you on numerous occasions when you were the Stirling management and had wonderful experiences with you . On the plus side when next in in the area I would happily stay with you as this was just a one off
