At first, it was just the code situation, which I got to master it in no time ☺️ And the deposit situation, one has to be prepared to pay a refundable deposit beside the price you see for the number of your stay and it's normally half the amount of what you will pay for your stay...

A good time in Bruxelles

We liked the flat, really: spacious, bright, close to pubblic transport. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had good facilities. The place was easy to find as the instructions were very clear. Very useful the info provided.

A small thing: the sink of the toilette was leaking and could not be' used, which was a bit if a nuisance.

Beds are far from being comfortable (especially the living couch). We could not get the AC going although we followed the host instructions therefore we had to sleep with the doors opened since there were 28 Celsius Degrees in the apartment . By the way, we had the feeling our messages were responded by a bot from time to time ...

Lovely apartment, but unresponsive management

This was my second stay at the apartment complex, however a different apartment. I was very happy with the design of the apartment, cleanliness and location.

Unfortunately the management of the property did not inform me/share the instructions to a separate security deposit that needs to be transferred through a different page prior to my arrival, so they/automatic system did not send the check-in information. I contacted them an hour before arriving to the property to no avail. Their telephone number and the chat over the booking number were not responsive so I had to wait in front of the door (in cold weather and at 9pm) for them to respond. They apologised for what seemed to be a technical glitch in their automatic messaging, waited for me to proceed with the security deposit and only shared the check-in information after they've received the payment. I do understand mistakes can happen, but unfortunately it stained my stay as I got ill. Luckily I was safe but I can't imagine how stressful it must be if you have an actual emergency and none of the communication channels with the management of the property work.

A lot of positive (almost everything): New furniture, everything necessary available, clean, easy to reach city center, Netflix, polite staff. It is 8.5.

Minuses are minor - not city center, second sofa is not very comfortable (but not bad), windows look on the street.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the best experience ever.

We got to the place late in the night, and getting into the building (passing the first door) was a challenging timing, once even the door being release as per the screen (after putting the right code) the door somehow wasn't opening even putting onto it a decent pressure (I guess due to vacuum stuff or something...), after putting into it enough pressure the door finally opened, but that time we was about to give it up. Maybe writing it down would be a good thing for new customers. Day-bed was not comfortable.

The whole process of self-check-in was smooth and efficient. I was given clear instructions and it was easy to understand. The host was also very prompt with their replies.

I wish there was a human or face-to-face interaction with the host. A way to meet with a local host and have conversations with them.

Great, clean apartments. Bedding, towels, dishes are all clean and fragrant. The bathroom has everything for hygiene. Excellent location, near the metro and bus stop. We recommend!

Very soft mattresses, it was impossible to sleep and the sofa in the living room, which was folded into a bed, was not comfortable. There is no trash can in the shower. Not very convenient parking

Long Weekend in Brussels

The apartment was very clean and newly renovated, so everything was also new and in good condition. The staff also were very easy to contact and they very very friendly and responsive. Self check in and free parking were also cherry on the top of the cake

There could be more kitchen stuff, but since we weren‘t cooking at home, it was alright. The wash basin in the toilet was also quite small and washing hands was quite a challenge :)

Getting to parking as well as getting keys was a bit challenge. It was a one time hassle, otherwise the stay was comfortable.

Comfortable and modern, easy access to public transport to get to city centre and easy walk away from the park.

We had a very hot weekend and there was no AC or fan, so had to sleep with all windows open, which means very very noisy. `I suspect that's a rare occurrence though.

Overall excellent property.

Great central location that was easy to get to. It was great that there was onsite parking, just make sure to rent a small car, because the spots are very tight. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The pillows weren't the most comfortable and the shower head was broken and wouldn't stay up. Better shower mats would be nice since it is very difficult to keep water from splashing out onto the floor. It would be great if the garage door had a remote key to open it. This was hard when coming in and out of the property.

Beaucoup de stress pour obtenir finalement les clés du logement.

L'appartement était comfortable, mais c'était un jeu de parcours pour pouvoir y accéder.

L'hébergement est plutôt un hébergement pour une plus longue durée. Comme j'ai réservé que quelques jours avant mon départ, il y avait une série de formalités à remplir, notamment le versement d'une caution de 250 euros avant la remise de l'ADRESSE de l'hébergement. Comme les message était envoyé très tard et que le versement était refusé, je me retrouvais sans adresse où aller. Comme je me déplaçais pour une réunion d'une journée, il m'a fallu plusieurs heures pour régler la situation. J'ai du échanger au total 16 emails avec l'établissement, j'ai dû téléphoner à Booking.com et j'ai dû téléphoner à plusieurs reprises avec l'établissement, qui n'a aucun personnel dans le bâtiment concerné (une fois ayant obtenu finalement l'adresse de l'établissement). En bref: beaucoup de stress pour un séjour de à peine quelques heures dans la chambre. Obtenir la clé et la rechercher avait l'air d'un 'escape game' plus que autre chose.
